Great customer service in response to damaged item
Initial chair was damaged, but dealt with the issue quickly and professionally, with replacement arriving promptly and in good condition. Great customer service is often most apparent when things initially don’t go quite as planned, and this was a good example.

I liked the colours and design but not towels. but they…
I liked the colours and design but they were described as towels but they were just made of very thin cotton material not Terry towelling fabric just very thin flat cotton fabric, so not absorbent . The colours were nice though.
