Must buy

Genuinely one of my favourite purchases. I don’t need to use a candle anymore and i use it everyday, i can’t stop using it. One of the oils lasted me 3 months and i can’t wait to try the others. I definitely recommend it!

Cheap and unbranded item

I bought a car diffuser from Scandiscents which was reduced from £29 to £19. It took a long time to arrive but when it did, it came in a very cheap black box with no Scandiscents branding on the box, instructions or item. The instructions are not grammatically correct. Something I would expect to have come straight from China. I genuinely cannot believe the price I have paid for this and even more shocked that it has been bought from a company who I have previously respected. Very very disappointed and I feel like it goes against their values. At least have your branding put somewhere on the overpriced item or packaging you are selling. I have also tried to contact them and have had no response. I have left a review with pictures which I expect will not appear on the website.

I am slightly disappointed to hear this review. At the time of ordering the car diffuser, we had confirmed this was a pre order item and explained the delay. As this was a pre order item we also stated this item was going to come in unbranded packaging.

The contact form you had filled out on the website we shall come back to you on (for other readers this was filled out just before this Trustpilot review late Sunday night)

I appreciate your concern and points raised, we did raise awareness to these consciously, so do feel it is slightly harsh to leave a 1 star review, before we have the chance to get back to your contact form.

I have been delighted with the customer service provided. I sadly had faulty diffuser after emailing the company, I have within days received a replacement, couldn't be more delighted. Thank you.

I ordered a Halo Diffuser and oils

I ordered a Halo Diffuser and oils. Unpacked it and read the instructions. Charged it for 3 hours as advised but it wouldn't turn on.
Requested a return but haven't had a reply. Sent a second email and still no reply. Tried the chatbox but no-one to chat with. Needless to say I'm not impressed with the lack of response.

WOW WOW AND WOW BEST DIFFUSER EVER

If you are searching the internet like I did looking for a diffuser that makes your home smell amazing look no further as honestly the Halo Home Diffuser ticks every single box.

As I had not heard of Scandiscents before I decided to message them and James answered all my questions with so much patience.

I ordered 2 x diffusers quite a few oils as I couldn’t decide which ones to buy 😊😊😊. My favourite so far has to be the lemon fragrance but I’ve got quite a few to try yet so could change my mind!

I received a free gift for spending over a certain amount. It was Deep Sleep Essential Oil Roll On Blend. I will be honest didn’t really think it was me and not something I would have thought to order. Well…..me and my husband put a tiny bit on our wrists and honestly I’ve never slept so well. My husband is prone to a bit of snoring but he was out like a light and had a really restful sleep. We thought this was just a coincidence but after 3 nights of using it with it having exactly the same effect I will be ordering more and just hope they never discontinue it.

The Customer Service is outstanding and I will always purchase from this Company now. I’ve already asked them to put a pink diffuser by for my daughter in law’s birthday next month.

One suggestion I have for anyone placing an order of the oils is to definitely do a ‘subscription’ there’s no catch you can edit and change the frequency of your orders and unsubscribe at any time and you get discounted prices by subscribing.

I was given a Scandiscents diffuser as…

I was given a Scandiscents diffuser as a gift. One of the two oils which came with the diffuser works well so I subsequently bought three more oils. They don't work. As directed I then tried their fault finding procedures (why should I even do that on a new item?) Then came the rigmarole of emails back and forth, me asking for a refund and Scandiscents suggesting I buy a new nozzle. They've shown no sign of giving a refund, replacing the oils or sending me a nozzle to try. I strongly do not recommend this company.

I have reviewed the email chain and I apologise for some of the rigmarole - some of this could have been prevented, however we were just trying to establish that the unit was under warranty and thus a new nozzle can be sent FOC

As I have come back to you on email, I have a new nozzle and complementary oil leaving us tomorrow AM for you

I had mentioned on email that due to the make up and compounds of the oils different ones do produce different levels of mist, so this may account for the variation in mist level you have experienced.

We shall put this right for you with the new nozzle and additional oil ASAP

First off leaked everywhere. But support team helped. No scent tried changing all tubes etc cleaned out but nothing. I give up!!!

Noisy!

Complete rubbish with plenty of complaints on Facebook.
This must be the noisiest unit in existence it sounds like a pneumatic drill.
Other manufacturers are available and 10 times better.
Avoid buying this rubbish.

Exceptional fragrances and a diffuser that outperforms the rest!

Fast delivery, beautiful products, and an experience that genuinely stands out.

I am selective about what I buy and only invest in products that genuinely deliver. Expensive does not automatically mean brilliant, and many well known brands in this space trade heavily on name alone. This little unit, however, truly delivers.

The Halo diffuser elevates a space instantly. The fragrances are just beautiful. Refined, calming, and luxurious without being overpowering. They feel considered and high quality rather than synthetic or heavy.

What really sets Scandiscents apart is the customer service. It was prompt, efficient, and refreshingly easy from start to finish.
A special mention for James, who was exceptional. Responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, he made the whole experience feel personal and well handled.

I have tried other premium brands, including The White Company, and this performs better in both scent quality and overall experience. Great product, stunning fragrances, and customer service that actually delivers. Exactly what you need in your life and a company I wholeheartedly happily recommend.

Totally recommend this company

Totally recommend this company for diffusers and their amazing scent oils. Easy to use, the smell is incredible with lots to choose from. Had a hiccup with both my diffusers, contacted them and they sent me 2 new diffusers out. Really happy as I just love them, top service by a growing company. Thank you.

These little diffusers are elegant, discreet and aesthetically beautiful, the fragrances are wonderful and my clinic and home smell divine, the Tom Ford fragrance is really special…. had so many compliments.
Customer care also outstanding!

Got this as a present the bottle leaks…

Got this as a present the bottle leaks oil and after a week the unit doesn't work have looked at YouTube videos still doesn't work. Don't belive all the reviews on there site as the side of the box says leave us a review for £5 off. Of course everyone is going to leave a good review! Disappointed and upset me and my partner have been ripped off by this company.

exceeded my expectations

amazing, the smell lasts so long its not loud at all! i get compliments from everyone who sets foot in my room. had to pay import fees out of nowhere but customer service was super helpful and refunded the amount to me. best experience with customer service i ever had in my life. i would recommend this brand to everyone
