Great independent interiors shop.

Bought some warm things during the recent cold snap, can always trust Scape to have some luxury items at reasonable prices. This is my favourite independent shop in Leigh on Sea always has interesting interiors bits. Love it.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, I was quite annoyed when two separate coloured lamp shades were delivered, the shop went out of their way to resolve the issue and were in constant contact until new ones arrived

Poor service and unreliable

Ordered items on 4/10. Two weeks later still haven’t received my order. Didn’t have one of the matching items in stock, took over a week to refund the item having to wait for the manager to return. Promised would be posted first class, to find not the case. Very poor service and very slow/unreliable.

Voucher Wowcher!

I purchased a voucher from Scape and it was delivered to my email address very quickly. I had occasion to pop into the shop at the weekend, as it had been highly recommended by my son's partner and I have to say, it did not fail to make me want to buy nearly everything. A real Aladdin's cave of wonderfulness

Very helpful

Very helpful. When there was an issue with my order a lady contacted me to discuss & provided photos of my item to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. The item was well packaged & delivered promptly.

Scape Interiors have once again provided top class products with amazing customer service and they personally delivered the items to my sister in law on her birthday! Wow! Local business at its best!

Good but expensive

The communications with the seller (Lisa) were very personal, wonderful experience. The piece of furniture was beautiful. The downside was the price for the item and the delivery cost (£55 to the curbs) so we had to pay extra £20 for people to bring it to the place, and just to find them it was quite stressful.

Thankyou for your review Natalia. I’m glad you’re happy with the wardrobe. I agree delivery is a problem but unfortunately we are only able to offer white glove delivery within our local area. We do always let customers know it’s a doorstep delivery if further afield and for a booked slot so they can get help getting the furniture in situ. I’m pleased you were able to arrange help and hope the wardrobe meets your needs.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service: there was an error made with the measurements of one of the items. I wrote an e-mail and received very understanding response and an apology and was offered a generous option of half price reduction on the item or to return it. Very personal touch which doesn’t happen often when it comes to customer service.
