Expensive bed Response very empathic and sorted out the usines
Wrote a review about an expensive bed which for its price was not good quality this has been resolved by the owner now they attempted to sort out the bed but have refunded the cost of the bed

The bed you saw when you passed by is a display model used for displaying our bedding and cushions. As I said before the bed is no longer available… please pop in and talk to us if you have any issues rather than leaving these anonymous 1 star reviews as I don’t know who you are 🤷♀️ as we have sold several of those beds and had no other issues. If you look at all of our other reviews you will see that the one thing we do well is customer service. I cannot understand why, if you were so unhappy you wouldn’t have approached us. How could we possibly know you have a problem unless you talk to us?
Terrific Business
Beautiful online stock selection. Lisa was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions around the chair I ordered and the delivery arrangements. Delivery was fast and the boho armchair I ordered is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, highly recommend Scape Interiors.

Always love going into the shop as so many gorgeous items and have now purchased three birds of paradise stools with matching cushion for family members. Staff always willing to help such a fabulous shop.

I cannot praise this shop enough
I cannot praise this shop enough. The owner went far, far out of her way to make sure a hard-to-find chair was delivered super fast. So grateful. And chair itself was perfect.

An item that was listed as in stock
An item that was listed as in stock, was then changed to out of stock after the order was placed. Then no detail was given as to when resupplies would be available.

I’m sorry to see you were not happy with the service we offered. As soon as I realised we didn’t have the doorknob you ordered which was within hours of the order being placed I refunded your order and sent you an email apologising for the item not being available. I took the item out of stock because it has been discontinued which is also why I couldn’t give you a date as to when it will be available, not really sure what more I could have done 🤷♀️
