I noticed there had been a mistake in what I was charged in previous months. I raised this via email and recieved an immediate response and agreement to refund what I had overpaid. Great service :)
The staff and set up was very easy and the sites location is also great The ramp down to the actual containers steep and hardcore so imagine winter will be not so great Overall very good set up

Very Impressed!
Excellent customer service before hand via email, answering my questions and assisting me with finding the right storage solution. Very impressed with the onboarding, was greeted at reception, and then shown the route to my storage unit whilst being provided guidance on how to enter, which bay to park in for the quickest and most convenient access, and the lady was overall very polite. As an additional bonus, I was given some welcome gifts. I received the 8 weeks 50% discount which made the storage unit very well priced. The place itself is very clean, organised, and access is electronic using a personal PIN number. Additionally there are trolleys that can be used to transport items from your car to your unit, and a lift to access the upper floors, which makes access very easy and the whole process stress free. Would
Absolutely recommend and use them again.

Great unit for my stuff.
Great set-up. Girls in office very helpful. The unit was clean an exactly what I need. Being able to access 24/7 is another benefit. When I first moved in there was a small gift (biscuits and a bottle of water) waiting for me, which were very welcoming and handy.

So friendly and so easy
So friendly and so easy. Cherry on the cake was when I 1st opened my unit to start loading i was greeted with bottles of water protein bars and a welcome card.

Could not have asked for more
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I needed to bring forward my collection of keys by a few days and there was no resistance at all. The container looked almost brand new!

Amazing customer service
