I noticed there had been a mistake in what I was charged in previous months. I raised this via email and recieved an immediate response and agreement to refund what I had overpaid. Great service :)
The staff and set up was very easy and the sites location is also great The ramp down to the actual containers steep and hardcore so imagine winter will be not so great Overall very good set up

Amazing
Amazing. Polite, friendly staff, exceptionally clean facility. We used a great removal company (TVR) who were familiar with the place so had a stress free experience. Would definitely recommend SCA

Brilliant Company
We have been renting a storage unit for several months now and are delighted with the whole experience, we moved from a competitor and find SCA cheaper, friendlier, cleaner and all round a much better experience, we have now also taken on an office with SCA as well as our storage, it is perfect and the price excellent. Kelly is an absolute asset and nothing is ever too much trouble . We are delighted with everything and highly recommend to anyone.

I enquired regarding renting a unit from this location and the very next day I got a n invoice for the first months rent two days later a demand for payment of the invoice it’s like dealing with a loan shark

Please note that all reservations are provisional, and payment is only required on the day of actual move-in. However, our system automatically generates the invoice based on the agreed date. We attempted to contact you several times to confirm your satisfaction with the date or to discuss any necessary changes, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you.
I have cancelled the reservation, and no further correspondence will be sent.

Convenient and local
Very helpful with booking and explanation of unit sizes. Friendly to deal with.
Only negative was the insurance cost was never mentioned during several conversations which could have been a deal breaker.

Very positive experience with SCA self…
Very positive experience with SCA self storage with very competitive prices & very clean and secure with 24 hour access.
Receptionist ( apologies did not get name) I had dealings with was friendly professional and informative happy to give me tour around the facilities answering all questions asked enabling me to be confident in my decision to use this company .
Prior to storage date I contacted SCA for a re run of accessing entry etc less than half an hour before reception closing I met with Kelly Neesham who was not phased by my late timing and only happy to accommodate my request. Kelly went above & beyond to ensure my storage day would go smoothly
I would highly recommend SCA storage with confidence

Fabulous team
Fabulous team, couldn’t be more helpful when things went a bit wrong. They really go the extra mile to help their customer's. I know my possessions will be safe secure and dry. Great unit and great security.
