terrible experience
The perfumes are great, but the delivery time is absurd. They claim orders will arrive in 2 days for Karachi and 4 days max for other cities. Well, I ordered over 6 days ago, and still nothing—and I’m in Karachi. To top it off, their customer support is terrible. They ignore messages and don’t even bother addressing concerns. Honestly, a terrible experience. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Fragrance has low Lasting
The scent is good as it is an impression, copy, or whatever you wanna call it of Versace Dylan Blue, they definitely managed to create a good fragrance, however the lasting is not 12 hours by a longshot as in my office experience (Air conditioned environment) it lasts only around 3 to 4 hours max i would say, I understand that it is affordable but the info on the site says 12 hrs. so kindly correct that then. I bought this from the millenium mall branch and when i went home the atomizer was not in a working condition i had to go immediately go back and then he changed the atomizer( i know that it isnt the employees fault,) but the company can probably do something. I may seem a bit too detailed but i was looking forward to buying it for six months, I even bought a sample set and it worked fine however this time this one was ummm... yeah

Scents n Stories should also invest in customer service rather than just advertising their products. I purchased perfumes worth 30,000 from them - 2 via online orders and 1 by visiting their outlet. According to their policy, they follow the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) by allowing returns for items a person doesn't like. I disliked 3 perfumes and asked their customer service to replace them, as I don't want a refund. They sent just one text and then went missing for another day. Please refrain from purchasing from them, as they're using Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) name to boost sales but not abiding by it. Extremely disappointed.

One of the scam company in Pakistan. Be aware of it. They have understand people fool. They show other products in showcase and deliver wrong products. All of their employees has bad behavior. They didn't respect people.
