I bought two disgusting fragrance oils from these people. The hideousness of the product pales unto their customer service. I emailed them asking for the return process to begin and they IGNORED ME.
I have all the proof here as i needed to start a claim with PayPal to get my money. After 2 weeks and endless info to paypal and many calls they temporarily ruled in the favour of these awful cretins. UNTILL this morning i blasted PayPal and they issued me with a full refund. Also the fragrances were 1 tobacco 1 leather. The leather scent smelled like 1980s original fairly liquid and the other gave the 5 of us such a headache. So it wasn’t a subjective opinion but an objective one.

Fabulous fragrance oils & fast delivery would highly recommend.

I like to switch between companies for different scents and products, I have received two orders soo far. I really like the quality of the oils and recently purchased some diffuser products which were very nice also. Thank you!

Images sent on 14/11/21 of leaked items, they emailed back and I weighed the bottles. They said the pictures didn’t match the weight of the bottles but they haven’t factored that the items were still leaking. Emailed on 31/1/22 no response.
Please be cautious when buying from this company.
They replied to my feedback saying in the pictures the bottles were full however it’s clear that they was significant leakage and the bottles were still leaking even after the pictures were taken.

Shopped from here twice now. Fast shipping and a great selection of products with reasonable prices. Great customer service - placed an order and needed to make a change afterwards and they were very helpful. Would purchase from here again!

I am very impressed with this company. I order some DIY kits which we were great and very helpful. Now I’m getting on with starting a candle small business. I have since then bought containers, wicks, stickers and scents from them. All came super quick (ordered between Xmas and NY) and I’m very happy with them all. Keen to used SSC as my main supplier!

Ordered several fragrance oils, one leaked during transit and was unusable. Once the company were made aware they offered a replacement or refund straight away. If you do not hear back from them, call to check they got the email.

Ordered 2 scents mulled wine and winter glow both smell awful winter glow smells like cat wee. Asked to return them advised not able to do so absolutely disgusting scents and disgusting attitude towards customers. Don't bother buying here.

I have not used these scents at all I opened the bottle to smell them and they are vile so the company is lying saying I hae used them they are too awful too use.

The only supplier you need. They are absolutely amazing, great customer service, great products, great delivery, great pricing. Cannot fault one bit. Will never stop using them.

I bought a scent, dye, mica, and some wicks to refill a candle I was given as a gift.
The dye and mica were amazing, the colour was so rich and the mica really gave it that Galaxy look I was going for.

I ended up not using the wicks because I'm a big dumb and didn't read the page properly so they were way too short but I'll be using them in the future.

And the scent is amazing, really happy with how it smells and it went into the candle well.

Overall I had a great experience, everything came in good time, the quality of everything is great and my candle came out amazing!

Bought lavender essential oil, was brilliant quality at a fantastic price, delivery was fast and item was packaged really well, couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. I will be buying all my essential oils from here in future.
