Contract renewal
Contract renewal was due and also had issues accessing customer portal. Fiona Cameron was a great help dealing with both and was extremely knowledgeable. A great asset for SCG. Could not recommend Fiona highly enough.

CAS-59926 - MAC Laptop cant connect to wifi
I am impressed by SCG's support. Firstly, their team answer the telephone promptly and then immediately one is speaking with someone with a clear understanding and willingness to resolve the issue at hand.
The problem was that a MAC Laptop was unable to connect to the wifi. Amith Gosai a Senior Support Agent persisted until the connection was established.
Thank you Amith, your having resolved the matter is much appreciated.

We are connected!
We recently had fiber broadband installed at our office, and overall the experience with their customer service has been excellent.
From the initial setup through to completion, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was clear throughout the process, and any questions we had were handled quickly and thoroughly. The installation itself was smooth, with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations.
They also manage our IP phone system, and the support on that side has been just as reliable. Any issues or adjustments we’ve needed have been addressed promptly, and it’s clear they understand the importance of keeping our business communications running without interruption.
Overall, their customer service has been consistent, knowledgeable, and dependable. It’s reassuring to work with a provider that takes both connectivity and ongoing support seriously.

Issue with Connection thro router
Phoned as I was having problems connecting to services via router. Found problem was at my end and resolved it. SCG assistance helped.

Crackling phone
SCG kept ringing me to see if my phone had started crackling during the course of the day to make sure I was happy with what they had done and advised. Though they did call me by another name.
