A+ Customer Service

Fenella Wotke has been a great account manager. She is quick to reply, always has a solution and understands our business making my life easier in the process. Her customer service level is high and she is an asset to the company.

If you want a properly operating broadband and phone don't even think about them!

Well, where should I start? about 1.5 years ago they failed to release my number to a new company. It's still no clear who's fault fault was it, SCG or the new company, it doesn't really matter now, but my latest experience with them is proving their fault. In this point they had my business number so if I want to keep it I had to stay with them.
Needed a new contract to sign, fair enough, so cleverly they get me sign up for 3 years. Since I did it nothing but trouble with them.
1st they try to charge me a new handset after many years I used their provided handset which got faulty one day. Over a few weeks managed to sort out and they sent me a new handset.
In the past 18 months or so I lost counting how many times our broadband disconnected for hours leaving my business without phone and broadband.
Their latest trick was to put a random phone number on my invoice and charge me for that one and the handset rental when we only had 1 line with 1 handset.
Overall I sent days with emails and phone calls to sort out the problems, no compensation other than the overcharged invoices credited back.
Lastly yesterday they managed to disconnect the random number and at the same time I lost connection on my main number, leaving my business again without business phone. We potentially lost thousands of pounds over the past month because of them. I never ever experienced this bad service from a company like SCG. I can't fault Rita, she was helpful all the time, but again we transferred to a manager (Trustpilot won't allowed me to mention her name, A. N) to manage my account, she manage to disconnect my number once, now she managed to lost connection yesterday on our phone. Honestly I can't understand why she is still with the company.
Please if you want a properly operating broadband and phone don't even think about them! If i could give them I would give them 0 stars.

Amith was terrific

Amith was terrific. Very knowledgeable but also very patient. He stayed with me until everything was sorted out. The computer got sorted out quickly but the TV was taking some time. Amith never made me feel like I was wasting his time - he was kind and seemed intent on getting everything working. Excellent service!

Speedy Response

Customer services completed my request to upload a voicemail message for us within 2 days of the request. I received communication from both Aden (from the service delivery department) and Keith (our account manager) to inform me this had been completed. I am very pleased with the services provided!

Our account manager Coral is always a…

Our account manager Coral is always a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need and the services are working as we expect.

We have never had any issue that wasn't corrected in a timely manor and have dealt with this company for over 5yrs now.

I cant give Coral enough credit for her cutomer service with us and she is a credit to the business.
