From start to finish our experience with Pauline and her team was excellent. Pauline understood our needs and created a beautiful kitchen for us in the budget that we specified. Pauline asked questions and got us to consider things that we had never thought of and ensured the kitchen would work for us as a family. Brandon and Theo were the kitchen fitters and their attention to detail was second to none. They did such a good job, were so polite and tidy, we couldn’t be happier.

When we had a new house build we tried a few local companies to see what our options were for our dream kitchen within our budget. Only Shmidt seemed able to satisfy our needs. I think because it’s Pauline’s own business, the level of detail is exceptionally high. We were offered very good advice and new options that we hadn’t considered. I do think I expect alot from a supplier but the Cheltenham branch delivered.

Pauline and Claire are very professional, knowledgeable and patient. We both enjoyed the process of designing our new kitchen and we never felt led by Claire or Pauline in to making choices we would regret - or that they were ever impatient to push us in to decisions. The fitting of the kitchen by Tony, Sam and Theo was as pain free as it could have been. The team were easy to have around, made intelligent suggestions and never seemed to be overwhelmed. I would recommend Schmidt to anyone who was looking for a professional approach to kitchen design and fitting. Pauline and her team are excellent.

From start to finish Schmidt have been professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. From the initial meeting in the showroom to plan the space, unit configuration and style, Pauline had innovative and clever ideas. She was willing to spend as much time as needed to design a kitchen that would work for me. The quality of the units and all the integrated appliances is extremely high. The fitters were excellent, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything.

Schmidt kitchens in Cheltenham were extremely professional from design to installation keeping us informed throughout the process. Pauline is an excellent designer and made sure the kitchen design was well balanced . She was attentive to our ideas and the whole design process felt comfortable and not a hard sell. Although there were delivery delays with one of the appliances ( totally out of Schmidt control and due to the worldwide shortage of chips) once installed we were thrilled. Some changes were made to the design late on but no trouble to Schmidt. I have had a number of kitchens over the years and this is by far the best quality. The work surface installed is just wonderful and does not mark . Softer than granite and forgiving and looks fabulous. The drawer system including hidden drawers are fabulous. I thought we had too many but have filled them all. We also went for the better Matt finish that is easy to wipe. If Schmidt is in your budget range I highly recommend the Cheltenham branch.

The whole daunting process of choosing a new kitchen was made extremely positive and enjoyable due to the approachability and expertise of Pauline, the director at Schmidt, Cheltenham.
My new contemporary kitchen is both stylish and practical. I cannot recommend this showroom highly enough for quality and value for money.

We ordered a kitchen with Schmidt Cheltenham for installation pre lockdown. We found the service from design, ordering to final installation excellent and we are delighted with the standard of the product, having had many different kitchens installed before.

We absolutely love our kitchen. We gutted the previous kitchen when we moved in and started fresh with help from Pauline and Jeff. They are just fantastic and have helped us create a kitchen we all love to sit in, cook in, bake in but most importantly just be in. We had so much support from Pauline from layout, finishes, colour - they were so easy to work with and always very professional.

From the moment we first stepped into Schmidt in Cheltenham we were impressed. Pauline and Geoff were amazing, the design that Pauline created was exactely what we wanted and looks just like the pictures in real life. This was a big project for us as we were combining 2 rooms, so it was a build project by our builders and a kitchen installation by Schmidt. The team at Schmidt are all excellent, they worked seamlessly with our build team and the finish product is amazing. We were impressed at how much time and effort they put into our project, they were very mindful of our requirements and also respectful of our budget. We went to four kitchen suppliers in total before making our decision, some cheaper, some more expensive and we feel 100% we made the right choice. The installation was to a very high standard and the quality superb. The kitchen was finished Oct 19, and 9 months on we've had no issues and been very glad to have it during lockdown. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Schmidt Cheltenham, you won't be disappointed.

What a fabulous team to work with. A personal service from beginning to end, and one that continues as I will be sure to use Schmidt Cheltenham for other remodelling projects at home. We couldn’t be more delighted with our new kitchen. It’s made to a very high standard and aesthetically better than we hoped for. From our first meeting with Jeff, Pauline and Charlotte we knew that we wanted to commission our kitchen project with them. The professionalism was beyond expectations. They worked to our budget, gave us support throughout and the after sales service has been excellent. From the very first encounter I found Pauline and Geoff to be welcoming and really focused on understanding our needs in order to design a kitchen we would love. Throughout the process Pauline had that special combination of being utterly professional and warm and engaging. We are absolutely delighted with our finished kitchen. Schmidt’s products are well thought out and the installation went smoothly. Our ideas and Pauline’s have combined such that the kitchen we have continues to delight us six months after installation. We went into the showroom on a whim, knowing we wanted a new kitchen and had some idea of cupboards required and the layout but no clear idea of style or colour, We found Jeff and Pauline to be very knowledgeable and helpful . They listened to our ideas and how we used a kitchen and designed something which was exactly what we wanted.We felt they genuinely wanted to help us enjoy our lifestyle and were not just wanting to sell a kitchen

if you want a quality kitchen at a great price this is the place to go. From the planning stage to installation and aftercare, nothing has been too much trouble. Great people and fantastic customer service, can’t recommend highly enough.

We are very pleased with our lovely new kitchen, it’s good quality and Schmidt have been very helpful throughout the whole process. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that there was a problem on the delivery of 2 cupboards, this was rectified very professionally by the branch but it did delay the completion of the kitchen. We would be happy to recommend Schmidt, the staff are delightful and the units they sell are very good quality.

Myself and my partner have recently purchased and completed the installation of our new Schmidt kitchen from the Cheltenham store.

From start to finish the staff were absolutely fantastic. They listened to all of our needs, worries and demands for our dream kitchen. We weren’t sure on a specific design and we were wanting some design inspiration, the staff were brilliant at this and the showroom is just fantastic. There are not a lot of places in the Cotswolds with such a big showroom, it allowed us to get a real feel for the quality of what we were purchasing.

As we were renovating a whole house we were constantly visiting the showroom with colour swatches of paint and samples of flooring to match our new kitchen furniture. The staff were always so welcoming and offered they’re opinion during this stage and we were always offered a tea and coffee and sometimes even a cake!!

The lady dealing with our project, Charlotte, was amazing, she dealt with everything swiftly.

Everyone at the showroom made a really stressful time and renovation feel somewhat easier and a lot more relaxing. They very easily took all of the stress off of our hands.
