I booked round trip from US to China. The china airline canceled my trip. So I called scholarTrip. They said will email to me soon. The I received email. The email says I can full refund. After second day. They said just cancel one ticket that U.S.A. to China. From china to US need to pay cancellation fee. Why they didn’t tells me or email me about this.

Milan had a lot of patience with my complicated booking. He walked me through every step. He was polite and professional.

Due to the cancellation of my local flight, the arriving flight was delayed from 9:50am to 10:37pm, which put me in the risk situation of not being able to check-in in time for my subsequent connecting international flight. When I felt helpless and in a dilemma due to my lack of experience in dealing with such situations, ScholarTrip's customer service agent, Mr. Criencess Orlina, made me feel much more at ease. First of all, he was very patient because I have a lot of request, such as if I was late to board the plane, could I get a refund, change the plane, cancel, and how much was the difference in price? I also asked about the current replacement price difference, what other options there are, and the date. I also asked him to help me check if there are any local flights for me to cancel the original one and reorder it. He even contacted the hotel for me who might want to arrive at my destination early. But in the end, he helped us think of a more cost-effective way so that we could save money on consumption and avoid fatigue. Even though we were disconnected several times due to phone interference, he still contacted me immediately, which flattered me. He is the most responsible and patient customer service I have ever seen. Your company has such excellent customer service, I would contact him and trust him every time. His performance went above and beyond and cannot be expressed in words which I need to mention that the conversation is in the midnight. I solemnly thank him for solving my issues when I was hesitant and helpless. Billion of thanks.

Unfortunately, we were part of the 300 passengers who were left stranded in Lagos, Nigeria when the Nigeria Labour Congress protested against Turkish Airlines, causing our flight to be cancelled. When we couldn’t get assistance directly from Turkish Airlines, we were directed to call Scholar Trip. We were assisted by Nomer Eugenio, who helped us to rebook our flight for the next day. When we were informed that that flight was also canceled, we immediately sent a mail to Scholar Trip and between Margaret Quiday, Joselle Sosoter and again Nomer Eugenio, we were able to be booked on a flight. Even though we were stranded in Lagos we were not stranded by Scholar Trip and their assistance helped to calm our hearts during this trying situation. Thank you so much!

Minimal work, maximal result! I had an issue with the birthdates written on the plane tickets. I told them of the issue, and with no hassle, it was fixed. Easy peasy 5/5

Judy was fast and polite. She made the process very easy and comfortable.

After purchasing our initial roundtrip tickets for 2 passengers, we had to change one passenger's return. We were able to make that change with you thru on-line live chat.

And then when it came for this passenger to return, the airline had cancelled her flight. We had to work with your on-line live chat customer service again... and then email... and you were always responsive and prompt. And eventually, we worked everything out.
