I just booked my family trip to Japan. When my credit card was declined (due to fraud protection), Ashley was quick to contact me and guided me through to make sure my purchases went through. She made the process easier. Thank you, Ashley!

ScholarTrip has been more than helpful, from pre trip questions, flight questions, potential changes, to processing a refund on a ticket (due to a family death). Nicole was especially helpful, quick and responsive with helping with our claim. Thank you!

They offer zero help & NO SOLUTIONS. Terrible customer service. Their response is basically this "Upon checking the restrictions of your ticket by our ticketing department. Cancellation for refund and changes are both not permitted to your ticket." After speaking to the airline, they tell you to contact them since you booked the ticket with them and they're the only ones capable of making changes to the ticket. You get the run around and nothing happens, complete waste of time and money. Worst experience ever. Never book with them as you will be risking loosing all your money. No refund, No credit, no Travel voucher.

I booked a flight from Italy and had some problems with payment in euros and the euro/dollar exchange rate: Perliza was very kind and precise and within an hour solved my problem. Her cooperation was invaluable!

May was prompt to change and accommodate my last minute ticket modification.Surprising I did not pay anything for the changes.

I booked a ticket from this website and it went so conveniently. I worked with customer service reps named 'May'. She is very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful. She even went above and beyond to fine best ticket for the date I wanted under my budget

No ticket. I paid through scholartrip. I paid. And alaska said there is no ticket with that number or your name. Paid another $2800 to fly out that day. No refund from scholartrip. So now I paid twice. $1200 to scholartrip.

do have cheap flights, but when it comes to customer service, I'd give it 1 star. Called a total of 5 times over the past 2 weeks times and was told I'd get a call back/ get an email but didn't get either. They were not able to give a refund or even a travel voucher.

They cancelled my flight without my knowledge. When I called to figure what happened they could give me no help, only told me to rebook another flight (I am supposed to leave in THREE days). When I go online to re-book another (much more expensive flight) I get a "system error" message. When I call they say, oh that price isn't available anymore and you just have to wait or change your dates or book with another airline. My trip is COMPLETELY RUINED. They offer NO SOLUTION. Terrible custoomer service.

They are not reputable and are running a scam. They gave me a confirmation code but never bought my ticket. They confirmation code only means they received your request. Meanwhile they wait to buy you're ticket hoping the price goes down, if it goes up they never buy the ticket. All customer service has to say is your card was not charged ("due to technical difficulties"). While this is true I have no ticket and have to pay more elsewhere. Go directly to the airline or a major website.
