As a constant: It is so easy to have quesitons answered using the chat feature. My experinces with scholartrip have been amazing and I recommend this service to everyone I can.
Today: April went above and beyond to answer my questions and was very patient throughout the entire process. Her answers and explainations were clear and concise and she also understood me. It was a great experience.

I am highly satisfied with May's performance as she consistently responds to my requests in a timely manner, ensuring that my concerns are addressed promptly. We had both email correspondence and phone conversations and she addressed my concern very quickly. She helped me change my airline tickets and I am very satisfied. I greatly appreciate her ability to handle my inquiries with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Leslie was super prompt and helpful when I inquired about my ticket and managing my booking through the airlines.

It is a fake web. I spend 10 hours total still can't book a ticket.

We made online airline trip arrangements to Portugal for 6 through ScholarTrip.com approximately 7 months ago. It was easy to do. We had difficulty with the airlines (American, Finnair & British Airways) coordinating seat assignments and obtaining information about baggage. We contacted ScholarTrip.com and were assisted by Mj who responded to our questions immediately and she provided us guidance on how to get our preferred seats. Everything worked out smoothly on our departure flights to Portugal. Our efforts to obtain seats on our returned flight was again difficult. We were unable to coordinate with the airlines both online and by phone. I sent Mj an email detailing our difficulties. Mj again immediately responded and set up our preferred seat assignments for us. Because of Mj, we were able to avoid a possible chaotic trip experience. Thank you Mj & ScholarTrip.com.

I bought 2 tickets and missed somehow adding checked baggage. I contacted the support to help me with the request of adding some baggage and they sent me to the airline. The airline sent me to the flight operator. The flight operator sent me to the airline.
I started a thread with ScholarTrip this morning and until 9 PM I do not have a clear answer.
I bought the tickets from ScholarTrip and they should contact whoever they need to contact to help me.
Really disappointed.

Margarette was very helpful! I was referred to Scholartrip through Kayak, and I had a scare when I saw you needed a student ID (I am not a student). Margarette had the answers and was able to confirm all my trip details for me and had fast replies. I really appreciate that kind of support especially when thousands did dollars are on the line!

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to this time. I have never used ScholarTrip, and haven't had good experiences with businesses of this type. I was having trouble booking a flight for my child because of system errors. I called customer service, and after a brief (!) wait, spoke with May. She was kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained why this was happening and then finished the booking from her end. I had to book 2 tickets separately. The same issue occurred, I called and was blessed to speak to May again! Problem solved. Tickets booked. May is terrific!! Also, thank you for staffing your team so that customers don't have to wait so long. I'll be back.

I booked a trip from LAX to see my sick father in China after 3 years due to COVID restrictions. Scholar trips had a great flight with the best airlines and the price was reasonable. Very satisfied with everything.
However, soon after booking my flight I became very sick and my doctor told me that traveling now is a risk and to cancel my trip for at least 6 months. I was devastated and completely stressed out. I have not seen my family or ill elderly father in a long time and was worried that my flight could not be changed or cancelled and we would lose the cost of the flight. It’s tough enough to not be able to travel but to lose the cost of the flight on top of it was unbearably stressful. My flight was not changeable or refundable as I had every intention of traveling and had just booked it.
Scholar trips to the rescue. I called in and talked with a customer service rep, Rico, who was very kind, understanding, and professional. I could not believe how helpful he was and spoke with Rico multiple times and other customer service reps who were equally kind, helpful, and professional. We supplied my Dr's certification and he indicated he would send it on to the airline and ask that they refund the ticket due to medical necessity. I was amazed at how helpful Rico and the customer support team were and, I have to admit, a little doubtful that this would work out. We were awaiting a reply from the airline and, at the last minute, cancelled our booking without knowing for sure if they would refund our ticket cost. I desperately called into Scholartrip multiple times and was assured each time they were working on it and would coordinate with the airline and get back to us.
I had my doubts but Rico and the Scholartrip customer support team came through as they stated. The airline will be refunding the cost of the flight and I will be able to see my father at a later date. They truly helped us through a difficult time and eased our problems. I can’t thank Rico and the customer support team enough and definitely recommend Scholartrip to anyone who reads this. They are the real deal and truly care about their customers. Thank you!

I’m very impressed!! I need to refund the ticket that I bought for my son who is in military and he can not reach to the flight on that day. I called to talk to Customer service Agent. I found “May”. She listened to my story attentively. She told my all the possibilities and I got the email back to solve my ticket issue!! Awesome!! She really made my day.

I was trying to book flights to and from Thailand through them and sent the exact flight numbers and information to one of their agents only for them to respond by saying they couldn't find the flights. Ultimately, I had to call and email them multiple times over the course of two weeks before my flights were finally booked. I ended up having to pay $400 more than I would have originally had to because of their incompetence. I really do not recommend using them if you don't have to.

I should have known that it is too good to be true. They show excellent prices. Once you're done booking and planned up your trip, they tell you the flight price changed so they charge you twice as much as what your paid for. What a clickbait scam. The change of flight price tickets should be shown just before you book the flight, not HOURS after booking. I am never trying out other unpopular sites in travel booking ever again.

Booked a first class ticket to India. Unfortunately when I checked on the airline's website, they showed my reservation as Premium Economy. After three phonecalls, they have agreed to "request" that the airline refund my money. They don't stand behind their bookings and I will NEVER use them again.

RESPONSE & UPDATE
They claim in their response that they have offered me a full refund which is a LIE. They told me that they would contact the airline and REQUEST a refund. I have not received a refund. I’ve been forced to go though my credit card company and it’s still not resolved.

I am always leery about third-party travel booking partners but your customer service has been stellar! Joyce got back to me immediately and was amazing.

So I booked a flight three different times to make sure it was not false advertising and indeed each time the displayed price was swithced from $990 and each time after I filled everything else out I was met with this message:

"Booking price has changed
The price on the selected fare has increased due to the airline time limit restrictions. Fortunately, you may continue searching for new airline fares and get the best options as well as continue booking with the increased price of $1,324.75"

I get that it can change in the time it takes for me to research and fill it out and click book, but I restarted the process from google and this site and it just kept doing this. They wasted too much of my time not to get hit with a one star.

Made a flight reservation from US to Malaysia. Joyce was very helpful in resolving an issue with the partner airline, since part of the segment is covered by another airline. Customer service from Joyce is excellent!

All of the customer service representatives, especially May, have been so helpful in answering my many questions in a thoughtful and timely manner! They are all so nice and thorough in their responses.
