DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS !! I stupidly ordered online in July and was debited immediately. Over 3 months later I have still not received my items. I have written several emails and Messengers to them (they have read these too). and to their parent company ‘Little Tree Direct’ and had no response at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

I ordered only a school tie and name tapes (having thankfully bought the rest of the uniform elsewhere) on 23 July 2018 - the money was debited from my account on the same date. After a couple of weeks I had not heard anything, so I tried to call but it rang out/was engaged most of the day for several days. I emailed on 9 August 2018 and also messaged the company through their website. No reply. I did not receive the items in time for school. Having still not received the items, or any answer to my correspondence, I telephoned on 20 August and spoke with the owner of the business who was very rude, bordering on aggressive - when I told him I was disappointed with the service he rather petulantly told me it was not his fault - he had ordered ties but they hadn't arrived. I said perhaps he should not have items showing as in stock on the website if he cannot fulfil orders, nor take payment for items he does not have in stock. He said "I'm going to refund you, so what's your problem?" and he hung up on me. My "refund" is not showing as pending, despite him keeping me on the phone for 12 minutes whilst he looked up my order and saying he's refunded it. I wonder what would have occurred if I had not chased him today, 4 weeks after my order placed and my money taken - does he expect money for nothing?!

AVOID! I ordered school uniform from them and they were never delivered. They kept promising to send them but never came. I wished I read previous reviews of this company which shows a lot of unhappy customers. I would never ever buy anything from them. School already started and the rest of my order hasn't been delivered. I got one item but I had to chase them and drive all the way to their shop when it was supposed to be delivered. I don't know how can they be allowed to continue trading like this when there are previous similar complaints year after year.

Never received order. No confirmation that it had been sent.
Asked for refund via PayPal and was refunded and got an email back from some other dodgy email asking why I had disputed it and they had it on hand to sent today.
I said I would reorder but needed to be sent ASAP.
10 days later still nothing- emailed twice, no answer. so again disputed with PayPal and now refunded.
Funny the refund again was from a different company from website compared to first refund.

Ordered my items 3 weeks ago, and never received them. Terrible.

I wish I had research before I ordered with this company, placed an order 11th August '17 and it now the 29th Sept and still haven't received my goods, however the money was taken a few days after the order was placed. I have messaged and called them on several occasions and still haven't received them. A lady did answer the phone at the shop on one occasion and told me she would send my order but I'm still waiting. Don't know how they are managing to get away with this kind of service or lack of it. The comments on their Facebook page are all very similar story's to mine. Spend your money elsewhere.

I'm really concerned that company is allowed to operate. I was told by the manager that I will receive a refund but it has now been two months and still no refund. The manager will not respond to my phone calls or emails.

Ordered t-shirts - never received. No response to emails, phonecalls or Facebook messages. Now contacting bank for refund. Avoid like the plague.

Thieves! Ordered stuff back in April. It is now August 12 and no sign of anything I ordered. I phoned them, no answer, sent emails, no response. Do not order from them! You will never get your money back and never get your product. Also do a search for them on Facebook. Lots of bad reviews there to.

Bought 4 school dresses from this website on 10 April, money taken from debit card the next day. Waited 4 weeks - my online account kept saying my order was being process every time I checked. So call the company who told me that the items will be with me in the next 3-5 working days. Another week later no delivery so called again, and this time I was told items out of stock but they would ensure new stocks to be sent to me by Wednesday the week after. A further week gone nothing arrived so I called the shop again, and this time it was the Boss named Andrew who answered. After explaining the situation he said he'd request a refund with the company who took the money and the refund should be with me 2-3 working days. He said they had problem with the courier company. So I waited another week. Surprise surprise nothing happen, no delivery no refund! Called again- I had to choose the right time to call as no one else except Andrew would be allowed to deal with refund- and finally caught him. This time he claimed the company had system changed hence the delay with refund. He promised that he would do refund right away and would call me the next day to confirm. Oabiously he didn't - no call back no refund. So I went to my bank and the immediately requested the refund and the money was in my account within a few working days! So AVOID this rogue company!!!
