I really dislike being sent email and texts to book next delivery, instantly after receiving a delivery. I had a delivery Saturday and now have 14 injections in my fridge! It wouldn't be so bad if there was an option to set a date further in the future than the options that are available!

I have found the Sciensus team here in Northern Ireland in my experience over a number of years to be invariably pleasant and professional.
The review of the individual treatment is thorough and plenty of time is made available to cover all aspects in sufficient detail.

All customer service staff are very knowledgeable and keen to help, there are no long waiting times when you ring and my query has always been answered fully.
The delivery people who deliver my medication have all been very polite and friendly and always deliver within the specified times.
Also the app is easy to navigate and gives all the information you could need.

My nurse today was friendly, caring, informative and professional in her approach. I had my bloods done and it was very smooth and painless. I would not hesitation having her back again to perform my procedures.

I was kept informed as to when the medication would arrive, and was sent reminders leading up to the delivery date. I like that you are given a 2-hour delivery time, as it means you can plan your day accordingly. No complaints.

The Belfast team at Sciensus had been absolutely amazing. Every single one of the nurses I encountered were extremely professional, caring and so so so lovely. They made my treatment a lot less worrying and stressful. There was never a time throughout my treatment where I had any problems. I cannot thank everyone of them enough for the care.

My last delivery was outside of work hours, so the driver just left the package on the counter, which stayed there overnight and obviously got spoiled (biologics injenctions).
That's not the reason I'm unhappy.
They don't offer evening or weekend deliveries, so people who work can go s***w themselves. I'm always anxious about how they will get here (to my workplace), and if someone who knows they need to be refrigerated will be on site.
What's more dissapointing is that even though I asked them to make sure that this (botched) delivery is marked as unsuccessful, my app currently shows that I need a new prescription. I need to call, explain to them again what happened and hpefully get my medication. Their mistake becomes my burden.
Lastly, and this is just a feeling I get. The vans look completely normal to me, and the medication is never cold to the touch, even though they claim they use 'specialized refrigerated vans'. Once I saw inside it, as the driver retreived the package and there was no fridge. I don't know...

Hospital has recently moved my (meds) home delivery service provider to SCIENSUS. This company are fantastic! Easy to book delivery, set up meds reminders and more. Well done, SCIENSUS - you’re doing a grand job,
