Solar panels installed and connected really quick despite us moving house at the time it made it awkward for them to complete the job but Jack kept us well informed and arranged fitting and connection around us with no problem

Had my cavity wall insulation, window vents and extractor fans installed. I went in with the expectation that the whole process would take a while from surveyor to actual installation.

Ultimately it took a few months, quicker than I was expecting. I delayed the process myself as I was waiting for separate, unrelated work to be completed on the house. SCIS were great, they called me every few weeks to ask if I was ready for the insulation to be installed. I was able to speak to one of their engineers about some concerns I had and they assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem.

The actual installation was quick and professional, I was told what to expect ahead of time too.

Great job well done, I was at work when my solar panels was installed and never met the team who installed but all was done in a day and they done a fantastic job.

A knock on the door, a chatty chap and I thought it was a scam. I did listen and thought turned out to be genuine.
An engineer visited to carry out a survey. He was very polite and went about his work efficiently.
I was contacted and date arranged for installation, with a call the day before giving an idea what time the installers would arrive.
The installers were pleasant, friendly and polite, carrying out an efficient, tidy and quick installation. Thank you.
There was also a follow up call from Jack Williams to see that I was happy with the service.

From the two lovely young gentleman who knocked on my door and introduced me to the Government scheme to supply cavity wall insulation free and to the young man who did a survey, Geraldine Facchinello, the young lady who organised the survey when I became concerned as I hadn’t been given a date for installation but within just a few days Kane Roberts and the engineer engineer arrived with an assistant and they were very polite and efficient leaving everything nice and tidy before they left. I had a call from Jack Williams within a couple of days to check everything was alright. On the whole I found the experience brilliant!

Free cavity wall insulation offered from Government funding via a cold call door salesman. I was sceptical at first but salesman was not pushy & very explanatory. I checked online to ensure all was cosher & went ahead. SCIS were all very well organised, kept me informed, did all that was necessary & very pleased how everything went. Only slight niggles were...
the window trickle vents I had to remove & file brackets slightly as they fouled the windows & prevented easy closing
and there were loads of insulation beads all over the gardens & around the sides of the house. Still finding them blowing about weeks later!!! Tough to get rid of I know but maybe give the installers an industrial vacuum cleaner!!! 😄

Jens Kammattil and Jack Williams and all of the contractors who completed the work on my house were pleasant and respectful, did the work with the minimum of disruption, left the house clean and clear of any debris and the whole process although required a few visits, went very well. Really pleased with the company that handled the work.

Really efficient team used for installation, quick and very respectful of the property . Would recommend these guys and the scaffold team as nothing but professional , including the follow up chap a Mr Jack Williams making sure we were totally happy and satisfied . Yours Mr Neil Miller

I had great experience with cavity wall insulation done recently, Jack W, who did the fans, and John H, who handled the cavity walls, were both absolutely brilliant. They were lovely, respectful, and professional throughout. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless once they were done. You wouldn’t even know any work had been carried out. Really happy with service

Central Heating fitted December 24 have been left with the old boiler partly dismantled is a dangerous situation despite many phone calls and being told it would initially be removed before last Christmas I was told today they wanted to visit me next Thursday with apparently a view to box old boiler in.
I am so distressed I feel this is a con for you to extract moneys and then not completely work and bodge up my home Shame on you CEO Nicolas Gillanders

SCIS staff very helpful, from the Surveyor, the Installers (inc. Electricians) The installers that attended were very polite and professional, and kept me informed of what they were doing, working tidy, with minimum disruption. I found the overall experience very good. The administration and support team including Geraldine Facchinello were very helpful during the planning stages and the follow up. I would recommend SCIS company to anyone.

There were some issues with the insulation removal however the reinstall went smoothly and the company itself were very helpful and professional especially Jack Williams x

My experience was positive,arrived when promised and got on with the job in hand, they kept me informed with what they were doing. Once completed they cleaned up to a satisfactory standard well done

I was very happy with the install and feeling the benefits already. Jack did a follow up on install to see if any problems or if could help any further. Which I was very happy with.

Quick professional service. Spoke with Geraldine on telephone, really clear, friendly, supportive and efficient. All the crew involved with separate stages of installation were respectful of property. Warm, friendly and likeable.

Wonderful all round service, the installer was efficient, clean and tidy in his workplace and an all round good guy.
