They massively overcharged me, taking three times the agreed amount and leaving me feeling outright scammed. Their glossy promises of “professional-grade Meta backend diagnostics” are completely at odds with my experience of opaque, misleading billing and zero respect for the customer. I would never trust them with my payment details again and strongly warn other advertisers to stay away or scrutinize every charge extremely carefully.

I had a chat with Josh where I asked basic, reasonable questions about pricing and service. Instead of answering professionally, Josh responded rudely and accused me of not being “serious” because I wouldn’t book a call or disclose exact volumes. This felt pushy and disrespectful. Despite their money-back guarantee, they refused to return my money and instead offered additional reviews, which was just a tactic to keep me paying for another week. Last week, I requested to pause my subscription, and they assured me it would be done, but I was charged again and saw no improvement in my score. I can’t lie I was super skeptical after I paid for my first week since I was super desperate and did not even know what a Facebook feedback score was 24 hours before contacting josh.

They have increased my score which means they do what they say they do.

I was happy with them and the result provided BUT communication wise I was not the happiest.

Before they sign you up as a client they are very responsive BUT once you are a client expect longer wait times to hear back from them. BUT if you are ok with that and as long as your score increases then it shouldn't be a problem.

Another time they are responsive is when you want to leave the subscription.

The subscription is not easily cancelable from within CHARGE BEE as they have claimed in previous replies to some reviews.

I had to go into my PayPal and manually cancel it from there.

I stopped working with them when the score has stopped increasing and have put their money back policy to the test.

They say you get a refund or get free feedback till the score increases.

I chose their refund instead of the free score.

Waiting for my refund and will come back with an update.

10/06/2024 - Refund received. They do keep their word when it comes to refunds so you have nothing to lose giving them a try if you have score problems.
