Scot Park Airport Parking Park and Ride | Meet and Greet Avis 

There was 9 adults and 1 baby with us. We dropped cars off easy enough but they only have an 8 seat bus to drop us off at the airport. Ok going but coming back at 3am wasnt great half our group had to wait for the bus to return. Was only 5 minutes away but the driver was the only person working so he also had to give us our car key and check the cars out so was a good 10/15 minutes wait for the other half of our group. Also the drop off isn't at the airport. It's actually at the Hoilday Inn Express, so a good 5-10 minutes walk away. We had 2 people who had mobility issues so would not have booked if we knew they had such a walk. We only booked with them because they were the cheapest but would have rather paid the extra £10

The staff were friendly. The initial email confirmation didn’t have the correct postcode so we struggled to find the car park but were given the correct details when we called the site office

Fantastic service, really fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and we were taken to the airport almost immediately after arriving. Collection on the way back was also extremely fast. Excellent value for money.

Arrived at Scotpark, checked in and left the keys for my car to be parked.
Received the instructions for the return journey.
Promptly taken to the airport and dropped off.
Well mannered polite staff.

Check-in was good all down hill from there drop off was at a hotel carpark had to walk from there to terminal luckily not raining pick up again had to walk from arrivals to hotel carpark when back at scotpark they couldn't find my car keys eventually found told car was outside office No it wasn't it was still parked along with all the other cars boxed in cars in front and behind so not a good experience definitely would not use again thanks for your reply when I booked in you asked for my return flight number you told me that's what you go by for returns and as for the drop off your excuse is a load of rubbish there was other mini busses on site why all the excuses

Efficient service but avoid Meet &Greet. Handover is next to Holiday Inn Express which is located about a quarter mile from Glasgow AirPort terminal. This means a long walk carrying/dragging bags to the terminal. Much further than the stop for shuttle buses for offsite parking. Better to just take the shuttle

First time using this company and honestly would do so again, was very happy with the service, we booked our car to stay with them for a week but then on our way home the plane was delayed a few hours which put us over our booked time but they were very accommodating and helpful when we did finally land.

Everything was excellent from the start of our booking process to dropping my car and picking it back up the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and explained everything and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Very efficient service. Easy to find the place. My car was booked in at the portacabin, then I was driven right away to the airport in a mini-bus to the Holiday Express drop-off/pick-up point. Return procedure was straightforward, I phoned the mobile number supplied and was collected very quickly. Thank you!

It was very easy to book and a telephone call to them stating we had arrived in Glasgow, a few minutes of waiting to be collected.

Wouldn’t recommend dropped off and collected at the holiday inn instead of where other airport car parks drop you off. Flight was delayed 2 hours and was charged £15 because it was after midnight and into another day will never use again or recommend to friends and family better paying a bit extra for a professional service and not someone with a van and a bit of land.

Adding on from your reply the strict waiting time is a load of rubbish for airport contractors in designated bus bays that's why your piece of paper says after you collect your luggage then phone you for collection. If waiting for customers due to delay then according to your you would of been waiting for me from 1am on the 14th ? Without a phone call but fast enough to send payment information. When making the booking the website asks for flight details to calculate the price the flight was scheduled for the 14th. If the dates didn't match up would you not consider that as a security risk instead of just a way to make extra money.

Any other secure parking company gives you a day or two grace due to delays or for medical issues and check there bookings with airlines once made for airport security reasons due to being within the secure vicinity of the airport.

I have used other airport secure parking for years but thought I would give a smaller local company a try as you have got to support local businesses but I am afraid you need to work on your customer service and paperwork as even that says terminal drop off and collect what it's not what about customers with mobility needs ? Are they expected to walk over and not be told untill their dropped off ?

A good company would admit they made a mistake move on and fix the problem not find any excuse under the sun to blame the customer

Easy drop off, quick transfer time to the airport and prompt collection. Would absolutely use again
