Really easy to use, fast and efficient drop off and pick up when arrived home only downside was it’s a little hard to find initially but would use again

Smooth experience
Pick up and drop off went smoothly, close to terminal. Instructions were clear and it was reasonably priced. Even though we ran late due to travel delays they were flexible.

Disappointed - no time saved with meet & greet
I signed up for the Meet & Greet, phoned ahead and was told to go to the Holiday Inn Express. Went there, no one there. Phoned them again and they tried to tell me I was on the Park & Ride. They argued even though I had the e-mail in front of me clearly stating Meet & Greet. Eventually they agreed to come and get me. Waited 20 minutes before they appeared, they asked to see my confirmation and realised I was correct, took a photo and apologised and took my keys. Upon collection, we ended up waiting another 20 minutes before they brought me my key. Meet & Greet cost more but I ended up standing outside waiting for longer than I would have if I had just gone for the Park & Ride.

I used Scot Park in Clark Street for the first time early hours for an early flight on 19/8/26 and returned on 27/8/26 and on each occasion found the 2 early men and the 2 afternoon men extremely helpful and reliable in taking and picking up me for the airport, Made a good decision to use them.

Great service for car drop at Glasgow Airport
I took a chance and booked Scotpark to look after the car for three holidays this year. I booked based on reviews and two trips in, iam really happy with the experience.
The service is fab. You turn up with your car and within 5/10 mins you are getting dropped off at the Holiday Inn express close to the airport (about a 4min walk). On our latest return journey we missed our connecting flight, so arrived later than expected. It was no problem, we just phoned them with our new flight number. After collecting your luggage you call them, head to the pick up area and they arrive shortly thereafter. Please note, you do leave your car keys with them. We live in Glasgow but it’s cheaper and more flexible to use this service than ordering taxis.

Great, second time using. Only complaint was we Didn’t realise they changed location as we weren’t told. Guy on pick up was super friendly especially at 2am which eased our nerves.

Super service at Scotpark
On arrival at Scotpark we went to reception and the staff were very nice. They took our keys and gave us information about our return journey. We were then taken to the airport and dropped off at the Holiday Inn Express, which is right behind the general drop off zone. We just crossed the road and walked through to the airport. When we came back we called the number and went to the same drop off location and the minivan was waiting for us. We went back, signed for the keys and collected our car. The location of the car park is so easy to get in and out of and staff very friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent, efficient, friendly service.
We’ve used Scotpark two weekends in a row. The guys are always friendly and cheery with fantastic service. There’s no hanging about whether it’s on the way to the airport or being collected on your way home. Efficient, clean vehicles, friendly, reasonably priced…what more could you ask for ! I’d use them again this weekend if I had a trip planned.
