Very clear communication & excellent VFM
Very clear communication - after completing the questionnaire I soon received confirmation that my will was being prepared. I had a query and replied to the email - I received a very quick and helpful answer from Ross and not an AI bot. I needed to change the will after I'd reflected on the first draft - this was no trouble at all and there was no pressure to rush the process. I didn't have to pay until I was happy with both mine and my husbands wills. Excellent.
