Perfect timing

No dispatch or delivery made
Made an order on Tuesday evening, they claim next business day dispatch, as it was Tuesday evening I waited until Thursday, no email or confirmation, sent an email, it bounced back, used their contact form, no response, contacted their social media on Friday. Still no response.
Woeful customer service, have no idea if my order is even received, will be making a charge back
Edit 13/08: I recieved an automated email saying my package has shipped. I will update this if it arrives. Customer service still non existent
Edit 14/08: package recieved, owner text me to say they experienced a breach and couldn't access their emails or socials. Updated review based on this. Please implement 2fa and ensure your security is up to date
