A good pet insurer
Pretty much a good website, does what you need and in comparison to other pet insurer prices.
Would have been 5 stars if not for a glitch on a web page where you tick a box and by the time you get to the bottom of the page it needs ticking again..and again..and again...i very nearly quit, so perhaps needs looking into.

So far so good! Easy to deal with and friendly staff
Only been with the company for 6 months and insure both my cats.
I’ve had to claim, which is ongoing at the moment- I have to say Scratch and Patch have made the process easy. They return emails quickly and the team are very helpful. Making a claim is also pretty straightforward. I would recommend them 😻

Scratch and Patch Good value
I have been with Scratch and Patch for 3 years now. Their multiple pets insurance is very good value for money and wouldn't be available anywhere else for 2 bulldogs. Any claims I have made are promptly dealt with and refunded appropriately. I'm intending staying with this company for the foreseeable future.

Excellent!
This was our first years insurance with Scratch & Patch, and unfortunately for our lovely Lottie, it was her last. I wouldn't normally leave a review for an insurance company, however there service and understanding at a low time for the family was incredible. The claim was sorted with very few queries. The settlement was swift. Overall excellent from S&P, will be utilising them once again in the future.
