Scratching Cactus Avis 6

Don’t order from this company. The kitty water fountain I ordered took a LONG time to arrive from China. I’ve been bombarded with emails to re-order filters, but have yet to receive an order I placed in March. Customer support is useless AI. There is no real address for this company and the delivery tracking app it suggests does not function. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to cancel my last transaction. DO NOT order from this company.

I ordered a water fountain and mistakenly ordered 2. I immediately realized what happened and looked for a phone number to correct this issue. No phone number is listed on the website. I could only send an email which i did explaining the situation. I got an email back only stating that the order had shipped and there was nothing they could do about it. I wrote back and said i was unhappy with the product due to quality and size and wanted to return both units. They told me that i could only return unopened items. Since i already opened one to look at it I ended up returning only the extra unit. I got the address off the website and of course had to pay $24.00 to return the $70. item. This morning i got and email from Janet saying that i didn't return it to the correct address and they couldn't take it back in and the item would be returned to me. Also at no time did she offer an address for the return to me. I'm obviously not going to spend another dime on this crappy product and will give it away. This company doesn't stand behind what they sell and further their attitude to their customers is awful. Buyer beware... do not buy anything from these sketchy people.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a water fountain and within hours cancelled the order as I realized it was coming from China. The company states that it responds to e mails( there is no phone number) within 24 hours. I got a reply six days later merely stating the order had shipped and therefore couldn’t be cancelled, have a good day. I replied, their response was they couldn’t respond to e mails promptly during the holiday period ( this was January) I suggested that they refund my credit card and that I donate the fountain, which arrived 12 days after ordering, to my local shelter where I volunteer. One week later they have not replied to my e mail. I have contacted my credit card company. Do not do business with Scratching Cactus.

Ordered item in December . City of destination was incorrectly changed by their shipping department . Obviously package was delivered to another city . I never received it . In communicating with them they do not feel obliged to make good on my order. They just say it’s been delivered . Yes, it probably has but not to me , the person who actually paid fot it !
Honesty and integrity are lacking in their company and I have expressed my dissatisfaction . As a result I will not be doing business with them in the future and do not recommend others do.

The cactus bed they advertise as an up sale or for $40.00, is so tiny a Guinea pig might fit, not a cat, not a kitten. They start offering you 10% to keep it, then 15%. But the advertised picture shows a full grown cat with room to sprawl out. Unable to post a picture or I would have.

Their product, a cat tower, was described on the website as "Other sturdy scratching posts for strong cats". Assembled, my 1 lb kitten wobbles all over the place on the highest platform and quickly jumps off. Their product does not perform as described, and they expect me to pay $60.00 to return a $99.00 item. And I quote "Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part". The error on their part is a faulty description. WARNING: Do not buy anything from this company.
