Focused on a good customer experience
Wrong screen sent and wrong colour, no response when tried to contact. Very disappointed will not be using again. Bought correct screen from different company
David from screen doctor got in touch and explained the difficulties with trying to in touch. Issue has been resolved after the misunderstanding. Very pleased with the customer care provided

We use screen-doctor for all our B2B…
We use screen-doctor for all our B2B refurbs in our shop and for our clients. We only supply refurbed screens on the X models and up and will always prefer a refurbished iPad/iPhone screen over a 3rd party. Very few issues and if so, always resolved quickly and without fuss. Great price, great workmanship and great delivery! Thanks for all you do guys! Highly recommended, highly skilled and always a pleasure to do business with

Absolutely Fantastic Service!
Went to screen doctor after hearing about them on Instagram. They fixed my phone there and then and gave me a free coffee whilst I waited. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone! Thanks David and Sam!

Dropped my iPhone way too much on a Saturday Night which essentially destroyed the screen & rendered the phone useless. The alarm bells were ringing … but, there was no need to worry. The Screen Doctor had my phone back up and running in 20 minutes. I sat & relaxed in the comfy upholstered chair & enjoyed a fresh cappuccino as the boys got to work.
Huge respect for the efficiency & quality of service. 20 minutes from start to finish & the coffee was delicious. Phone screen better than before, fitted a screen protector which was a classy touch.
I would strongly recommend Screen Doctor to anyone that has a phone screen query or issue. Their level of knowledge in this discipline is second to none. Combining their technical expertise with excellent customer experience looks like a winning formula to me.
