I genuinely can't believe it's taken me so long to discover Scrubology. With two very active and outdoor loving boys and a newborn in the house, their products are a must for surviving these busy and grubby times. Reducing cleaning time has been a huge positive from us. The sponge is also a fantastic addition for hand prints on the doors and accidental pen markings with the soap helping out with clothing stains. Thank you!

I was amazed at the effectiveness of this product, so simple and is lasting forever. Fabulous on trainers, socks, underwear and a general pre stain remover. I highly recommend.

Fantastic stain removing soap. White socks come up great with the soap and a nail brush.
It gets grease stains out of T-shirts too.
I’ve also had the cleaning stone, that’s just as good.
It seems some people have had logistical issues but my delivery was fine on both occasions. 🤷‍♀️

Can't believe such a wee bar got the stains out would highly recommend

I ordered a few weeks before Christmas, item was apparently sent with EVRI. Never turned up, sent 6 emails to scrubology and used the "contact us" section and they couldn't even be bothered to reply, and still haven't. I ended up doing a chargeback with my bank.

The stain remover soap is the best one I have used, from getting socks back to white to getting red wine out of my dress it’s fantastic

Ive ordered previously and products work great but the second time i ordered my item got stolen off my door step in middle of the night and ive been trying to contact scrubology since the incident 11th Nov 25 (2months) and still no reply!
My emails are going through but they are clearly ignoring me and dont want to either refund or replace my items. Its sickening they can do this and get away with it.
Dont even waste your money.

Ordered from this company but unfortunately Everi lost my parcel. They kept me informed and told to to email scrubology about this. Ive now sent 4 emails to them and not one reply!!!!
Everi cant do anything until scrubology contact them !!!

Organised scam on the FB Cleaning tips and tricks group.
I did a bit of online searching, a certain Alexandra Barzey is listed on Companies House as the director of this 'company', and also Good Skin.
A group of people are taking it it turns to post about the amazing results, with obviously fake before and after photos, and even Alex Barzey herself is asking where they got it from!
I messaged Admin to warn them, and was immediately blocked from the group, and can't find it now. Admin are all in it, too.
It's somewhat of a concern as there are almost 2m people in this FB group, and anyone ordering is being ripped off.
If you leave a comment on their posts to warn others, it's deleted, so just leave an angry emoji, they can't delete that.

I had a great experience with the company and the product that I purchased twice is brilliant the soap and the cleaning stone gets marks out off my stuff really well .

Scam - no way to communicate and no product received

Terrible service, placed order , no show, contacted website several times no reply, now having to go through my bank to get money back, very disappointed as its a great product when brought previously.

I placed an order on 25/08/25 and had the confirmation of the order. Now 22/10, no items, no response to several emails. absolute scam!

The products are amazing, I would highly recommend. Ai have tried it a few times and they were consistently great.

Customer service: 1st order I had some damaged projects and they were responsive and got my money back.

2nd Order had a 21day delay and I received a response after 21 days even though I emailed them several times, but I did receive the products.

So Products excellent, customer service will need some improvement.

I buy the soap bar for stains and I think it’s great. I think it’s slightly expensive once you’ve paid for delivery etc and it does take a while to arrive however I will continue to buy as I’ve not found anything else better out there that helps keep my children’s white socks white!

Used scrubology soap on a wedding dress. Dress was so dirty with lipstick, fake tan & make-up. Hem of the dress was the worst, but all cleaned & away in the dress box now. Also used the soap on a merino yarn baby blanket. Perfect

Received my parcel containing soap and scrub stone, but stone very badly damaged just powder inside the box
Have emailed the customer service and company addresses asking for replacement or refund no response been waiting 10 days
Poor service

Ordered beginning of September, was told issue with delivery via Evri. After two weeks was told to email if still not received within 5 days which I have now done twice and not received a response. I think this is a scam. Annoyed with myself because I should have checked reviews first. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I received my order in good time and was kept informed.
The Magic Sponge is brilliant but I've not found the stain remover soap as effective

Ordered the products I wanted over a month ago. I complained 2 weeks later that I’d not received my order and was told a few days after that items had been damaged in their delivery so they were out of stock on a product and would I like a refund. Said yes and nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails now with no replies so I’ve now taken it up with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
