I wish i could rate them zero stars. Untill you place an order you will get all sorts of emails and then there is this doomsday silence. I email these guys atleast three times with no response whatsoever. I placed an order on 10th of july and still nothing. Paid for the postage. The tracking on my shop app shows still preparing. Being the owner of a small business myself i believe customer service is the backbone of any one running a business but i am very disappointed with scrubology. I will never buy from them again.

Scam! Ordered on the 8th June- no products have arrived. Emails not replied to.

Cleaning group on Facebook called cleaning tips and tricks are trying to scam everyone into buying this. Which they are claiming is so good its somehow fixing holes in shoes... well i got blocked as soon as I posted. People be aware this IS a scam!!!!

Still awaiting 2 soaps. Ordered 3 and received 1. Customer service never reply

Placed order on 28th May. I emailed, messaged and even messaged on fb with no response. Order has never been shipped and I paid for express delivery.
I have made a claim through the bank, but now I've just received a message from my bank to say this scam company are disputing it!

Absolutely shocking.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on the 18th of June.
Order confirmed but no shipping details.
No order recieved and no response to my attempts at correspondence.
I have been completely ignored.
I have asked for a charge back from my credit card supplier.

Placed order on 9 June money has left my account. Nothing back from my 3 emails as to why I have heard nothing re the status of my order as I have still not received it. Really poor show and now I have got to involve the bank to get my money back. Very disappointed!!

Places an order on 30th of May. Spent over £30 including postage for order not to arrive. Sent two emails and a chat with no reply. I have just contacted my bank, hopefully they will have better luck and I’m not out of pocket. I can see I’m not the only one recently. What a shame they have lost so many potential returning customers and new customers who have now saw these reviews!!!

Ordered the hero bundle with express delivery (next day) on 29th May. And it’s now 16th June and the item hasn’t been dispatched. I contacted them a few weeks ago to and they refunded by delivery and promised I would receive it that week. Fast forward 2 weeks and nothing received, and they will not respond to any emails. Very disappointed. Scam company, do not use them!

Next step is to contact trading standards to report them for fraud

Ive got a few products now and i can't recommend this company enough no harsh chemicals no strong smells and works 100% defo recommend to everyone its unbelievable

Not received and don’t answer emails

Placed my order over a week ago and sent 3 messages. No response and still no order. Paid £3.99 for delivery. Asked for a refund but no response. Terrible customer service.

The scrubology soap bar surpassed all my expectations with its stain removal power. It is great for inground mud stains on my daughter’s sport socks, ketchup and chocolate stains. The whites look white again. I will definitely be purchasing again.

The Scrubology soap bar is fantastic. Wet the item, rub the stain with the bar then leave for a few minutes and wash as normal in the washing machine. My daughter's socks were filthy after a day at the beach. White socks that looked fit for the bin until I remembered I had bought this bar. Used as above and the results speak for themselves! From filthy socks to wearable again. I was very surprised and will be using regularly moving forward.

This product is great. Essential if you have children! It lasts ages, is easy to use and actually does what it promises; to remove stains!

My hubby had pair of white canvas trainers that wasnt wait. I washed them with a whitener still yellow. I brought the stain remover soap and rubbed it on the trainers and laces, left if on for a short time. I then gave them a scrub and now they are white again even the rubber.

I bought the scrub bar and with 3 children who all wear white Nike socks outside without shoes however many times
I tell them not to. They are a godsend. I rub it on and wash as usual and they come back clean every time. Can’t be without it. Quick and efficient delivery with no waffle in the marketing. What’s not to like?
