**DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY** This item is being heavily advertised on cleaning accounts across social media and is a network of professional scammers who share discounts codes and fake feedback. The item is a load of rubbish, not as described! MASSIVE CON!!!

However 1 star remains as I first seen this product quite some time ago on a FB page that is for cleaning hints and tips. Several ladies comment on how they have finally decided to use this mircale product and then post link etc. If you look through the comments it is always the same people commenting and asking for the link. Then one will say they have finally used it and post some pics but then on a later post ask again what product was used.
My email from Scrubology was replied to by a lady who happens to have the same name as one of the ladies who 'gave in and finally tried the product'🤦‍♀️ my comment under one of these posts on FB was declined(no bad language used or anything like that!).

No response to any emails or messages regarding an order. Should have known better than to fall for it. In my opinion, doesn't seem very trustworthy.

Waste money at your own peril. A group of Facebook accounts share these products on various Facebook groups, pretending to not know each other. One account will post and wax lyrical about a product. The rest of the people involved in this (admin is also involved) then come onto the post, asking for a link or saying they use it and it's a fabulous product etc. Discount codes get shared by others. Anyone who has tried to speak out about this practice and the fact that they either never received the product, or it's utter rubbish quality, gets blocked from the group. Read all the other reviews here. I strongly suspect the 5 star reviews are faked. The group is a great place to share cleaning ideas and is ruined by this and it's grossly unfair to block people who call it out.

It's a scam. Beware. I've noticed on FB they used puctures stolen from Wed clean website. When I told them I was blocked. All good reviews are fake

As a mother of 4 daughters aged from2 -18 i have ALOT of white washing, especially socks and shirts! This product is absolutely amazing! It's so easy and simple to use and is an absolute must have for all your laundry needs. I cannot wait to try all the other fantastic products! Thank you Scrubology!!

Scam company. The owner on Companies House (also owns Good Skin North East Ltd) posts on a Facebook group saying "look I got this set for £22 with this discount code". People using fake images to promote it. When you call it out, they block you 🫣 would avoid!

Ordering from a small business with little amount of reviews I’m always a bit skeptical… but what can I say about these products. They really do work!! The stain remover soap got my toddlers socks looking brand new after one use. They had been in the wash countless times and were still grubby but this product completely transformed them. The cleaning stone is magical. It easily cut through months of grime in old oven and got it back to sparkling condition. I’d recommend these products to every parent!

I was sceptical about this soap bar working, however thought I would give it a try before binning the Nike socks as they were so grubby.
I’m glad I did give it a go, the marks came out before my eyes even before putting them in the washer, even my husband was impressed 😂

Saved me buying new socks for both my children and took maybe 5 mins of my time before putting them in the washer.

Delivery was delayed but they was due to evri.
I was sceptical about it actually working but it definitely did, took out baby food stains, mud stains and hir dye.

Will definitely be buying again.

Really impressed with the results of this product. I was at my wits end trying to get the kids socks white again. And this really surprised me at how well it works. Will be buying the soap bar again and want to try the other products.

Doesn't make them look brand new like in the pic. I also used in wash stain remover and they have come up OK. Won't buy again as to expensive for what it's supposed to do.

Seems ok, I have not used properly as yet. Unless the tub was cracked when it arrived at some of the cleaning stone was leaking. I will have to see how it goes.

Poorly packaged, and product arrived cracked open as a result with the contents mostly in the thin jiffy bag. No response from the store. Wish I'd heeded the reviews on here before wasting my money. Still, at least my item turned up, unlike many of the reviewers on here.

Absolutely love this product! I used it for hard water stains in my bathroom and it all looks sparkly new!! Brilliant product

Amazing product! Have had nasty limescale marks in the toilet for ages and after 5 minutes scrubbing with the toilet stick it was all gone and back to new looking and nooo chemicals needed!

The picture of my oven halfway through cleaning speaks for itself. Amazing cleaning products. My oven hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years. With the paste and a cleaning stone, it looked brand new in an hour of effort. I also used the paste on my shower doors that had been badly neglected and left to the effects of hard water. They too were returned to their former glory and look like new again. I’ll say it again, amazing products. I’ll be back for more.

This is a scam company promoted by fake reviews. You are not likely to receive the products you order. If you do receive any of them, they may be damaged and will not work anywhere near as well as claimed.

There is a large Facebook group ‘Cleaning tips and tricks’. The group display picture cites Mrs Hinch despite there being no affiliation. Every few days, a post will appear in the group about the amazing results this person has had using a cleaning product. When the followers ask for details, they will link to products from Scrubology. Various replies will also then recommend the same company. The post is then deleted a short time after.

This process is repeated over and over using the same few people and the same few stolen photos. The photos can be traced using a reverse image search which shows they are years old and stolen.

You will also see any of the positive reviews on left on Trustpilot are by names who are moderators of this group.

The registered owner of the company even comments on the products in her own name, pretending to be a consumer, raving about the great results she has supposedly had with the products.

If you report this, or call them out on their deliberate deception, you will be banned from the group.

I was not aware of this at the time and unfortunately fell for their scam. I ordered five items, and only 2 arrived. Those that did arrive were badly packaged and smashed open as a result. I have contacted the company several times to resolve, but have received no response.

I have now instigated a claim through my bank to recover the lost money. I have also collected evidence of their scam to send to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. I have also complained to Shop App, their payment provider.

Be warned. Do not waste your time and money. The owner also has a second company, Good Skin, and the exact same scam tactics as above are used to promote it in the same group.

I got tricked into buying it from influencers. It’s absolute sh*t. Don’t bother.

It's the only thing that's gotten the "beautiful" orange stains off my grout with being in a hard water area I'd tried eveything and the cleaning stone is the only thing that's got rid of it and the limescale on the shower screen too. I was amazed!
