Initially I worried of pest, mildew, and weathering due to extreme temperature changes while my belongings were in storage. The storage options offered, allowed me to store my things in a temperature controlled indoor unit. So the worries were left behind!

Very positive experience over the past 8 plus years. Almost sad to leave but it is time!!!

Location was local to my immediate needs and reasonable, however, the property is very run down and staff is off site more than they are onsite. I spoke to the 800 number more than onsite staff.
I'd rent there again but I definitely don't go there alone after dark...

Great service, zero issues with security and had peace of mind.

I gave 5 stars because the time I was renting this place always my items been secured and the storage staff all of them were there any time I need them.

after the first month someone tried to break into my storage, they gave me a corner unit that was open at the top, so all of my belongings were filled with dirt. my storage door was completely worn out

Truly friendly and honestly caring staff. When i was hospitalized due to surgery for repair of a broken leg, the staff did all possible to assure me all is well, and for me not to stress over my storage, and that all would be well until I was out of the hospital.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The price is fair.

The service the manager Lori delivered was great for the entire time I had my things stored. I would like to suggest corporate office to review the temperature in the storage facilities in Florida where humidity is very high. I shouldn’t find mold on my belongings since they were stored completely dry. But I did. There was mold on the couch, love seat, a jacket, shoes, curtain rods, and mattresses. I had to throw the jacket away, but could clean the rest. So I suggest to have the temperature lowered down to keep humidity level down than it has been kept.

My trailer was vandalised & damaged at least a couple times which was not SecurCare. When rates went up, I went to Derrell's for $20 less in a better neighborhood and it even has a free dump station.
