Awesome Self-Storage in Longview
When we got the storage unit back in August, Valerie at the Longview E. Marshall location was very knowledgeable and helpful and got us the perfect size. We only needed it for as few months, so when I went to cancel it the office was closed. I called another the location on Loop 281 in Longview and Mona took care of everything. She was also amazing! We were very impressed with both the cleanliness of the office, the selection of units, and the wonderful employees at both Longview locations!

Service is just average
Service is just average. Facility is clean, and kept up well. Annual increases are substantial at 10% or more since ownership has changed. Tough to make changes or complain with a full storage. Local staff is pleasant. Several interactions with area manager not so much. I am sure some people struggle with the covid pandemic situation and possible job problems. No offers of help have been forthcoming. Just a notice your rate is going up on your anniversary.

Great storing experience
The store manager maintains the property every well and is always trying new ways to help out tenants. I had a light out in my unit and the SecurCare employee stopped what they were working on to change it out right away. Great storing experience.

Great Service!
The buildings and doors could use a pressure wash and a coat of paint, but I feel confident the items I have in the care of the facility are safe and secure. The manager could not be nicer and she is willing to go the extra mile. She does her job with a smile and courteous interaction. That goes a long way. I had the pleasure of meeting one of her young sons. He was very respectful and a nice young man. I see that “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”. It is a pleasant experience working with you. Great job!
