I had a good experience dealing on the…
I had a good experience dealing on the phone when I set the storage up and when I closed my account. The reason for the low rating was the quality of the unit itself. The rubber seal on the door was dry rotted and falling apart and one of the items I had on the floor was wet from what looked to be water getting under the side of the unit. The unit was ok for what I needed at the time, but I am not sure I would use it for a longer period of time.

Review
The service was fine. The facility always clean. The only complaint I have is that I had only made 2 payments and then received notice that my bill would be INCREASED by $10. That is a very poor way to conduct business. Knowing that I had JUST moved my things in.

I HAVE OTHER UNITS
I HAVE OTHER UNITS, AND THE PRICES OF UNITS HAVE GONE BEYOND MY ABILITY TO AFFORD COST. THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE FIRE IN ONE SECTION. IF YOU CHECK, I WAS IN THAT UNIT OVER 30 YEARS.
I HAVE FOUND ANOTHER COMPANY WITH LOWER COST!
IF I DON'T GET COST RELIEF, I WILL MOVE OUT OF MORE UNITS.

Will use again!!!
The reservation was so easy, prices are great and the manager was so awesome. You have to enter a code to get in AND out of the gates which is nice. Unit was clean and in superb condition. Premises are very well maintained. I will use them again for storage needs in the future!

We utilized your facility to store our…
We utilized your facility to store our RV for several years. Over those years the space rent continued to rise while the location continued to become a driving nightmare. Way too much cross traffic due to all the small business' along the entrance. Also, leaving the facility w/the RV we had to run to the box to enter our code and do the same coming back to exit. While doing so, many vehicles would enter once the gate opened without entering a code, no safety there! The straw however, was your messed up billing threatening a lien prior to the rent being due. Then the automated phone system was ridiculous, never an answer from a person, hold for the next available representative, hang up and your call will be returned in the order in which it was received...Really! Never a return call. Just had enough.
