I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I was told last week refund had been processed and that I was to check with my card company. I requested date refund sent and last 4 digits of card payed to. That was 3 days ago and no reply. This firms customer service is non-existent.
I placed an online order with this firm on 23rd July 2024 with their “ 48 hours delivery” promise. Two weeks have passed and nothing heard from them. I have sent several E mails to them and several messages on their Live Chat Website messaging service without any reply whatsoever. This is a UK limited company with a sole Director named Jayson Kandiah. I am now registering a court claim in the small claims court at Aldershot and Farnham County Court to recover my order payment, court fee and interest. I have also complained to Google where I found this scam firm.
I bought some Rentokil Flea spray from Greens Essentials,it never turned up and I was told to be patient, few weeks went by and no flea spray,in the end they said they would refund my money, that didn’t happen either,told me to open a case with PayPal who turned my appeal down saying as far as they were concerned I had received the item,I’m sure there must be people out there desperate to get an extra flea spray but they should not judge everyone, I’m a 78 year old pensioner and proud to say I’ve never cheated anyone in my life,so to be basically called a liar for the sake of a few pounds as been a very frustrating experience, I can’t believe Greens didn’t send me another flea spray after all the trouble I had trying to find an answer to why I had not received my item,the good news is I bought the same product elsewhere and our dog is flea less 😊
Would give zero stars if possible. They are a scam company. D not buy from them as they have nothing to send. Despite promise of refunds I have still received nothing.
Paid for goods online beginning of July and haven't received my order. They keep saying in the next 5-7 days but still nothing. THIS IS A SCAM BEWARE. My guess is they are in financial trouble.
DISGRACEFUL....AVOID. I ordered 3rd July, next day delivery. Not a peep from them since. Their premium phone number was full so can't take messages. Do not respond to emails and live chat bot is not working. I can only hope prospective buyers check this site before making same mistake. I wish I had.
Bought some drinks from them and then decided I didn't want them anymore. Asked for a refund, they kept saying to me for a month that an refund would be issued and still nothing received. Have tried to contact them again and now they are ignoring my messages. Trying to sort it out with the bank now. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEEPZ

Supposed to be 48hour delivery - after 80 days (aprx 1152 hours!), being fobbed off repeatedly then ignored, I had to contact PayPal to get a refund. They'd even sent a dispatch email (42days post-order) but the courier never received anything. Pretty confidant nothing was ever dispatched and it was all just a big fat lie.
Absolute joke of a company! Should be removed from Google! Constant excuses why my order NEVER got sent! DO NOT USE
Scam company as others have said they are scammers please report to Trading Standards. I have, the more of us that do it they can be stopped.

This is a scam company don't order from then, I place an order I haven't received my order the left my account, I Carnt contact anyone the so called live chat doesn't help, please do not waste your money you will be scammed.
29/5 ORDERED SOME COLA COLA BOTTLED DRINKS - 48 BOTTLES PAID £42.28 WITH PROMISED DELIVERY IN 2 DAYS AND TO DATE 11/7 HAVE NOT RECEIVED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE CONTACT AS THEY HIDE AS DO UNFORTUNATELY MANY COMPANIES BEHIND A LIVE CHAT ICON WHICH REPEATS STANDARD REPLIES. ESCALATION E-MAIL ADDRESS AVAILABLE BUT HAVE REQUESTED REFUND 3 TIMES WITH NO SUCCESS. COMPANIES LIKE THESE GIVE INTERNET RETAILING A BAD NAME.
Ordered some.stuff on the 24th of June, it allegedly has two day shipping, but no means to track it. If you try to contact them via email, they direct you to their live chat, which in turn is just a bot which then directs you to go to their website and use the live track. I have given up on receiving my order or a refund. Avoid this company.
If I could give this company a minus star I would , firstly they have no telephone number but a live chat? It is not a live chat you write your message and they promise to get back to you within 48 hours FAT chance . I ordered weed killer from this company on there site it says 2days delivery I’ve been waiting 2WEEKS !!!!! Asked for a refund as yet nothing . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPAY
