Changes RTP resets all progress
After playing a game 333 boom banks for nearly 3 months I had maximum multiplier x10 and max spins .I logged in as usual to play and the games gone out my history. Upon searching I find it but it's reset. I contacted support to be told they had to manually change the RTP and gave me £15 bonus .I spent hours and hours building this up and in no doubt I'd of gotten atleast £340 because I got that on same stake on max spins with no multiplier. I relay this to them and get £10 with a 63x wagering .How can I ever trust that this won't happen again. I was told there was a pop up .When I requested a copy of pop up I was told they couldn't locate it .Then they said it's in terms and conditions. It is not in TandCs that they can do this and the offer of basically £25 which has a 63x wager is an insult. I love the actual bingo hall but online is something I'll never trust .On a machine in the bingo I doubt they'd come up mid play and turn off your machine resetting all progress and basically say oops

I give this a 1 star, I went to BJs Reading as a treat on Friday 31st Jan 2025, and was solely disappointed, I had a birthday voucher which said free £5 for bingo and £5 for food n drink, I interpreted this as I was getting my bingo for £5 and food and drinks for £5 however this wasn't the case and was actually £5 off bingo etc, we ended up staying as we were there and made use of the vouchers, ordered food, we had pizza with pepperoni and bacon and halloumi fries, the worst food I have ever tasted, the pizza tasted microwaved and had a soggy feeling and the bacon smelt funny, as to the halloumi fries, or should I say lack of, tastes and was the thinnest strip of cheese and overpowered by the batter/breadcrumbs. I did complain to the session manager about my poor experience and advised that the wording needs to be changed on the vouchers, she said she'll get head office to do that, but I can't say for sure if she would or not, I did get a free drink, however we certainly won't be going back to BJs, that's for sure!

I received a text message gifting me 20 free spins so I thought “Ok why not” upon playing I managed to build it up to £20, £10.67 of which was turned into real money so obviously I decided to withdraw it as it’s a free tenner from absolutely nothing. Upon withdrawing my money my account was blocked with no real way of contacting support apart from an email service with practically no response.
When they did eventually reply, I’ve to send every document under the sun from utility bills to bank statements to a drivers license to me then HOLDING my driving license. All for 10 pounds. Absolutely laughable.
