Secure Screening Services Avis 

I have used Secure Screening for years (in my current and previous roles) and have always found them to provide an excellent, competitively priced service. Recently, a candidate experienced some difficulties progressing their BPSS check. I reached out to customer service and Lucy replied within a couple of hours. She sorted the issues quickly and efficiently and our candidate was able to progress and complete her check. Thank you Lucy, i really appreciate your help and excellent customer service. Portal keeps crashing, they have addressed emails with using the wrong names, website is buggy. Contact center just asks you to email the Hello@ email address.

My company has hired them for our screening process and so far has been an horrible experience for me.
More than one hour trying to get my info and documents uploaded, including phone call with one of the representatives, for receiving an email that my data has been rejected and need to be resent. Anothe hour trying to upload and pass their "input shared code" stage where the sites just crashes. Still I could not finish the process

Very helpful ladies working there! I has great support from Yuliia, Lucy, Keira and Tina. They all supported me through the process of getting my BPSS check and advised how to do this is a very timely and polite manner.

I have used secure screening services and they have been incredibly helpful and understanding whilst my application was in progress, the members of staff go above and beyond making it easy and not stressful for someone like me who isn't very confident with filling these things in, particularly Michalina who was incredibly efficient and polite, I recommend using this company and if you are having difficulties, call them, as they will help it along smoothly!
