Total scam! Ordered Bamboo TP and I hated it. Not bamboo it’s made with other materials and like brown paper towel. I wanted to return with 90 day satisfaction guarantee but they would not take back. They have done loophole. Now they have sent out a second order unauthorized charge on my card. Disputing with credit card! No way to contact they don’t respond.

Terrible customer service! If I knew ahead of time that I would have to wait months for my package and never get my money back after several refund requests I would have NEVER ordered. Sounds like they’re stealing peoples money. I ordered on 5/14, got a shipping notification the next day but they never sent my package. Told me they had inventory issues. I asked for a refund for several weeks, a package finally showed up at my door after I told them to cancel the order and don’t send anything. They don’t listen and they refuse to give people their money back. Do not order from them! There are plenty of similar stores available.

Like all of the other reviews recently, I have purchased from this brand in the past. My most recent order was placed 18 days ago and has not been packed or shipped. I reached out to customer service a week ago, and it took them 2 days to respond. They told me they were tracking down the shipment with the courier (which is not true, since it never shipped) and then it would take 2-3 days to resolve. It has been 5 days and I have not had a response, even though I sent a follow up email two days ago. This makes me question the validity and the quality of the products that I've purchased in the past and wonder whether this is a legit company. I'm now realizing the reviews on their website are mostly fake. I've requested a refund, and will see what happens.

I've ordered from this company multiple times. In the past, the orders came on time, and only once did they not include one of the items. I reached out, and they sent it to me later on, so I figured it was a one-off.

Fast forward to now, and I decided to make an order after a few months. I get a notification for "label created," but the shipment never progressed from that. It has now been over a week with no updates. I sent an email, still no reply. The order was expected a while ago. It looks like I won't be using this company again unless they miraculously fix the problem and actually email me back.

Ordered a starter pack with a toothbrush, floss, and tablets. Only got the tablets. Emailed customer service and then they sent me only floss. Emailed again and just asked for a refund. They haven’t responded in two months so I charged back on my credit card. SCAMMERS! Do not order from them!

My first order was received with no problems. I loved the products and was prepared to become a regular customer. But when my second order claimed to have shipped, with tracking information showing that it clearly has not, I contacted the company. I received a value email apologizing and stating that they had put in a claim with the post office. Then they said a replacement order could be sent to me in 20vdays, which made zero sense. I emailed them for two days with no response so finally I requested a refund. Again they ignored me so issue a charge back. That prompted a response from them stating that my items were actually on back order and they were so excited about it bc it meant ppl love their products (???). They still expected me to wait for several weeks for my products. I followed through with the charge back.

never got the order after being told it would be 2 weeks and then they charged me again and said they were sending another order. no way to contact them other than email and they took way too long to respond. may have to cancel my debit card because of them.

I love Seek Bamboo & their products (plus their packaging is cuteeee)! Iv had no problems with ordering from them or receiving my order! Assuming that others may have just been a glitch and/or demand picked up. This is a legit company and wouldn’t let the other reviews scare you from ordering from them!

Update 05/27 - They did eventually respond & shipped most things in my order. Haven't had a chance to use the product yet. I'm not at all confident that my subscription was successfully cancelled. There was a response from customer service & they were perfectly nice. And I did get an order fulfilled, but not completely, and the whole thing was very disorganized.

Zero customer service & no product received: I spent about $150 for an initial order & have never received anything. It shows as created label but never shipped. There is no response from emailing customer service or completing the website contact form. No phone number to call. No way to cancel a subscription except through email, to which there is no response. In attempting to log into the website, it sends one in a non-stop loop. Do not recommend this company's processes in any way. I will call my credit card company & make sure there are never any payments made to them. Order placed on May 1. Nothing has been received & no response back from customer service. I'll be using one of their competitors.

Received less products when I wrote to Instagram they sent only part. Again had to write again. AI is answering automated with same questions. This is mostly a scam. I wouldn’t trust them with subscriptions, I placed a one time order and got multiple problems

I ordered three items and received only one item but it says my order has been delivered. There is no easy way in the emails from them or their website to take care of this. Reading the other reviews has me realizing I will most likely not be receiving the other items but I will try.

Took my money with no product. I emailed multiple times and no response. I have asked for my refund several times to no avail. I can't even leave screenshots to prove that my order is just been sitting. Clearly, by all reviews, except the fsbricated ones on their website, they're are corrupt. I wished I had looked at more review sites prior to my purchase. Lesson learned.

I placed an order with Seek Bamboo about a month ago and never received it. A few days ago, I was informed that a replacement had been sent, but I still have not received any tracking information or any further updates.

At this point, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service. The lack of communication and transparency makes this experience feel unreliable and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEFS...as many other people wrote I had the same experience. They said they shipped my products on 3/23...they did not and I sent an email on 3/27 notifying them they haven't shipped it yet. They responded on 3/30 asking me to wait a few more days to ship. I said no refund me and cancel my order. Didn't hear back til 4/2 and they said my package is on the way. Now I have to take it up with the bank to file a dispute, who knows how long it will take to get my $100 order back as a first and last time customer. AWFUL please do not support them, it's a scam using "black and women owned" to take advantage of peoe

I actually had a good experience for a while and then I have no idea what happened but it took over a month for me to receive my package and when I did all of the items I ordered were not there. I understand that the mail can take a while sometimes. So I reached out to the owner who then only wanted to offer me a 10% discount. I insisted on a 30% discount so she did honor that. The downfall to this all is that they have sent me 3 packages and still missing the kleenex that I had originally ordered and then charged me again for something that was originally their mistake. Not a good experience at all. Customer service is not good. Will be telling my whole family not to use as I am the one who told them about this company.

Seek Bamboo is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a box of TP on 2/18/26, they said it shipped on 2/19/26 but the tracking # said it was in Miami and it never left. After several unsuccessful emails with customer service I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They ignored every request and told me they were "escalating to the processing dept." When I told them I contacted my credit card company (who took the charge off my card) and would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, I immediately received an email saying the product has shipped. I wrote and told them I don't want it and had cancelled the order several times. They told me to "reject" the package when it arrives and I will get a refund. This is after 6 weeks! HORRIBLE & UNETHICAL SERVICE!

I ordered my product 2/25/26 and still have not received. I have inquired and only 1 response that we are working on it. I asked them to cancel and no response. Today I received an email asking me to review the product.

Was suppose to get my second subscription February 9th 2026 and here we sit at the end of March and I have been going back and forth through emails with Carrie r Who is the owner and founder of seek bamboo and has been giving me the runaround since. I had reached out through the contact us email from their website a few weeks after my subscription was supposed to be shipped and noticed it had never left Miami. Carrie informed me that she would look into it and if my package still hadn't shipped after so many business days she would send out a replacement package. None of this has happened and I have been going back and forth through email just begging for my money back at this point and I keep getting the runaround of, "I'm so sorry please be patient and we are escalating this" seek bamboo is an absolute scam!!!!!
