I ordered an item with Seelansuperstore on 9 March 2025 and received a delivery on 13 March. The item that was shipped to me was different to what I had ordered so I sent them a message with a picture of the incorrect item. They said they could either sell me the correct item for half price or send me a free return label. The first option didn't make any sense as I would have paid full price for an item I didn't even order or want. So I asked for a return label on 15 March and asked if they were going to ship the correct item right away. I was told that they won't ship it until I send them back the incorrect one. I have tried to repeatedly reason with them that this isn't fair, asking them why I need to suffer further delays because of a mistake they made. I have not received any direct response to that question. I won't receive their return label until 18 March (2 days from now) and God knows when they will receive it, ship and new item and when I would receive it. I have also escalated this with Amazon's customer service who asked them to ship the correct one immediately and they refuse to do so even then. I needed the item I ordered last week and thanks to their appalling service and attitude, zero regard for customers or customer service, I am having to do without. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your groceries or anything they sell, online or in-store. Worst business ever!!
