I ordered a custom Seiko mod from Seiko Mod Labs and couldn’t be happier. The website was super easy to use, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The team kept me updated throughout, answered all my questions quickly, and really knew what they were talking about.

The watch arrived exactly as described — even better in person than in the photos. You can tell a lot of care goes into their builds. Customer service was spot on and delivery was faster than I expected.

I’ll definitely be ordering again — highly recommend Seiko Mod Labs if you want a quality watch with no hassle.

The Seiko Submariner watch received looks good and has a quality feel, but it came with no instructions and apparently not working. There was no response to emails sent asking about this, so I had to go to a local jeweller to set up the watch. It's automatic, so no battery involved and the method of setting the time and date is unusual (to me at least) as you have to almost fully unscrew the knob and pull it out before anything moves. So, the watch rates 4 stars, customer communications 1 star. This could easily be improved!
