Worst experience in a long time.

The company shipped me the wrong item. When i contacted custumer service, they said that they could only give me a 7 dollar refund on a 20 dollar purchase.

They did not want to send me the right item, and if i wanted to return it, i would have to pay for shipping.

I would not recommend this company to anybody, very bad.

Received these earrings in neat packaging which ensured they arrived safely. Earrings look nice, with decent quality given the affordable price. Slightly improving the clasp sturdiness would enhance comfort for longer wear, but overall satisfied.

I have already put a review on about this scam company re a non working vacuum i purchased several months ago and several others had the same experience yet others gave a good review when purchasing earrings!
Surely can't be the same company.
One other thing all us vacuum cleaner buyers experienced was the very poor,almost non existent support given by Pay Pal !!!!

I'm another of the people who got scammed with the car vac. It doesn't even pick up a kleenex. They've figured out a pretty good game, selling faulty products and then hiding. Their site offers a "full refund", but they do not stand behind this.
Like everyone else, their "customer service team" offered a few mere dollars and would not divulge a shipping address for returns until I got Paypal involved. Shipping the item back was $30 and it got lost in China somewhere, so Paypal sided with the scammers. Now I'm out the cost of the vac AND the shipping.

I ordered a baby dragon bracelet from Seincriterion. Did have nice detail on it,but impossible to wear. No clasp. Shipping time,approx 3 weeks. Did get updates though. Would not buy from again.....or anything else I see on Tiktok-that was my first mistake.

I am one of the many commenting on this site about this scam company who provide vacuum cleaners that are not fit for purpose. Their model is to ask for a video of proof and then offer a poultry sum in recompense. Their customer service just send repeated emails either written by AI or someone with very poor English. They are scammers to be avoided.

SEINCRITERION is a shit and scam company. I bought a handheld vacuum cleaner, but it’s completely useless—it doesn’t vacuum anything. I requested a refund, but they’re only offering me $6 when I paid around 50€.

I received my wireless car vaccum and it stopped working after the first use. Contact d support immediately and they asked for a video showing the problem which l sent to them a few days later and have not heard back from them since. Have sent half a dozen emails and no response. PayPal has now declined my refund claim because it has been over 30days which is so unfair as they always ask you to try and sort the problem out with the vendor which l did and now they wipe their hands clean and l am out of pocket for a faulty useless item!!

Purchased 2 hand-held vacuum cleaners. Cheap and nasty and falsely advertised. Very poor quality and customer service is not worthwhile of any ratings. Product is like a toy and I've found it near impossible to get a consistent response about refund process. Scammers

My realistic robot puppy is anything but!

Bought hoover for car and it is the worst thing I have ever purchased, it doesn’t work like the advertised that’s for sure! Wish I had looked at reviews before purchase.

Scam site brought a vacuum cleaner which was useless was then offered $8 as compensation.

This company SEINCRITERION.scams people. Bought two hand held vacuum cleaners. They are literally useless. Asking for a refund but all they are offering me is 6 dollars! I paid 58 dollars. I am from Europe so I cannot report them. USA residents beware and try to reportctge to the police.

Spent 30+ dollars on a game that's probably worth no more than 5 dollars!!! The instructions don't fully explain how to play the game, or how anyone wins.

Can't wait for Samuel, Head of Customer services, to ask for my order number!

And yes, all the good reviews are about earrings, all sounding very very similar and odd, AI = FAKE?!

Trying to return this absolute pile of rubbish. Cheap looking in a cheap box. Definitely not worth the money I paid! Wanting to return this and all I get is email after email raising the compensation now at 9 USD. I paid in GBP! All I want is the return shipping address so I can get a full refund but they are hard work and won’t give it to me?!?!?! PayPal next for help I think.

I wished I'd have read the other reviews about the super powerful 2 in 1 vacuum before spending 36.99.

It is absolute garbage. Picks up nothing. Sent them a video. They've said it looks fine to them and have offered me a whopping $3 refund.

Recently purchased a hand held 2 in 1 vacuum cleaner. Charged it overnight and when pressed the on button the suction was non existent. It is advertised as a powerful car vacuum. Could only just about suck up the smallest crumb. Contacted company who offered a refund of 3USD! I paid £36.99. Please refrain from buying .

Bought the mini vacuum cleaner..utter garbage!! Couldn't even pick up a piece of paper. BEWARE of false marketing and videos from this company.
The response from the company is standard PR...I have already emailed them with order number

UPDATE..they replied to my email to ask if it would pick up a tissue!!! Are you kidding me?? If that is the maximum power I can expect from this machine then I don't want it and I advise you not to purchase it.

UPDATE..standard $3 refund offer. A joke. I have escalated to PayPal. Let's see if they can help.

UPDATE... The company asked me for details such as a video, SKU number and order nunver to them directly from a guy called Samuel. I'd already sent the video but I did as requested. 3 weeks later...NOTHING! And now PayPal who have been absolutely USELESS have closed the original complaint file so I have to start all over again. I see this as delay tactics to grind you down and just give up. BE WARNED!

This is absolutely useless and will not pick up anything. It's worse than the broken one that I was trying to replace. Please do not buy this .
I advised of the issue and was offered $3.00 back from $44.21 that they took via paypal. Their confirmation stated $37.87, but they managed to take more.
Complaint raised with Paypal to recoup costs under the buyer guarantee. Hoping to get full refund. Will update on here once received.
