Not even worth a 1-Star review.
Bought mini-vacuums which do not have power as advertised. Totally useless. Seincriterion will not offer refund for this misrepresented product.
Buyers beware.
The Seller’s reply is lame and generic. They will NOT resolve, as I had already given the Order Number on numerous occasions. It’s a waste of time.

If you look at all the reviews below all the 4/5 star ones are miraculously about earrings and the use of words are totally AI generated… it’s just not how someone would review. “Whimsical” … who even uses that word and it’s used multiple times below. Tread with caution here.

This is a scam do not order from seincriterion. They advertise the product as a powerful mini vacuum cleaner but instead I received a flimsy piece of plastic with no suction power. They only offered amounts of 3 and 5 dollars for a refund after I had paid 46 euros for it. Then told me I could ship it back to China which would cost me another 35 euros. This is how they get away with not refunding customers.
Stay away at all costs.

Is not powerfull and not blower. Is like an expensive toy. I wrote a lot of emails to company and the say the correct item was shipped to me.

I too stupidly bought the ‘Powerful mini car hoover’ for $36 including postage without checking the reviews. This is advertised as a low noise, powerful hoover with suction and blow functions all of which is not true. I have been offered $3, $5 and now $7 refund which I will not accept. It is completely false advertising and not the device shown in the video. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Warning to all about Seincriterion small vacuum cleaners being sold via facebook etc:

I unfortunately bought two hand held car vacuum cleaners from SEINCRITERION. I spent £58 ($75!) on these two vacuum cleaners but I received them and I immediately tried them and they’re like a kiddies toy (4” long!) and they do NOT pick up even a crumb!

This is a warning to all: DO NOT BUY THESE “2 in 1 vacuum cleaner” (portable mini home and car) AS THEY’RE very very tiny ie like a toy vacuum and THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SUCTION POWER AT ALL!

I wrote to complain to the company SEINCRITERION immediately and since then (2 weeks ago!) I’ve asked for a refund and said I want to return these and asked for a returns label ten times to no avail, they said “it’ll be very expensive to return these”!! They’re con artists and have terrible after asked service despite me explaining how their product is not “powerful” like they lie and say on their advertising as these DO NOT WORK AT ALL, please tell me how to return them up you and please give me a refund for what I paid but they’re refusing!

They asked me to send them photos and a video to prove my points which I did and they’ve still not offered me the refund as I’ve asked for and I’m entitled to!?

Instead they’ve offered me $9 then $12 “in compensation and I don’t have to return the products”!?! ??!! I’ve told them even you don’t want your rubbish products back as you know they’re worthless! I’ve told them this and I’ve told them I don’t want that inadequate paltry $12 “compensation “ I want a refund! But still nothing! I’m also writing and complaining to Facebook for allowing false advertising of inferior products on their website and advise everyone to not buy anything from SEINCRITERION unless you want to be ripped off like I was. I can’t add photos here or I would to warn everyone to not buy anything from SEINCRITERION.

If anyone else has had a similar terrible experience please write it here as these companies should not be allowed to rip people off like this.

Samuel, the “Senior business manager” will reply to any negative reviews here, “helpfully” directing customers to the customer support for a resolution. The “resolution” turns out to be “sorry you didn’t like our product, we will try harder next time”. This company will take you money for broken, non functional products. It’s theft essentially. Do not buy. Stay away. AVOID THESE THIEVES.

Just like the review before me. I ordered a super powerful car vacuum and what I got was a piece of sh**. It’s sucks as equally bad as the whole product. Is totally cheap and nasty. Seriously I dont know why they bother sending anything out at all. It’s a total scam and you need to stay away. Nothing like the video they claim I was getting. I’m going to try and get a refund but I’m not holding my breath so all I can do is warn people to stay clear.

Charged me 33 pounds for a car vacuum the Tick Tock video looks good however the product is rubbish not worth even 5 pounds. Trying to return the item they offered 3 dollars increased to 6 stay well clear of this company the products are sub standard and no chance to return.

I ordered a mini car vacuum. Whilst charging using a USB charger, the charging cable caught fire. If someone had not noticed it for another 5 mins our house would have burnt down. Very dangerous. I contacted Customer Support and they did not help. I requested a return and their reply was the order aligned with the original order. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Please do not buy from this company. Never trust this company with their electrical products.

I (stupidly) bought a car vacuum with vacuum and blower functions, through a Facebook add, from this company.

Well, the box arrived completely smashed, the "vacuum" is a plastic toy around a little motor, has no suction power whatsoever and no blower function to speak off. The "manual" (in chinese, of course), or to be specific, the panflet, even states that the ventilation grill is for aromatherapy (???!).

Stay away from this.
