i migrated after 13 years from another…

i migrated after 13 years from another leading service provider to selro and I was not confident as i used to do everything from another provider.
but I received amazing support free Multiple onboarding sessions, and problem-solving on the spot that I did not saw it in another provider, with smooth and easy order management, inventory management and listing management, shipping and labelling are easy to set up and I get used to it very fast, more importantly, it is cost-effective and its working much cheaper than another service provider,
even after the migration was completed and we have 6 months now service fee did not change and I have multiple users, i can not recommend more if you are stocked to the service provider that charges you for every move, I already referred 2 of my friend bussiness start migrating with uncertainty but now after 2 month can see them much happier

All features seems to work well and any…

All features seems to work well and any issues are fixed but took bit of time.
As many marketplaces that are integratable are U.S. Market, it would be better if there is a support hour for U.S. clients.
I feel like this company is pretty new and probably working on new features from time to time, but i feel like more work need to be done.

One thing I am experiencing difficulty is that STOCK IN import files are not catching and showing up error messages regarding any typo in SKU and bundle items that cannot have manual inventory change.

Another thing is that I am unable to look up marketplaces' feed response history to see. I think this is necessary feature so I can initiate inventory synchronization for those failed feed.

Selro is honestly the BEST.

I have been using selro for about 2 years now. Selro Multi-Channel Inventory and Order Management is a very good and fantastic software for ecommerce and online business. The team at selro are very helpful at all time. They are always very quick to respond to any issue raised by us. I can honestly and confidently reccomend selro. Mary-Kate i want to say a very big thank you for always being there for us. Thank you and keep the good work going.

Wrong Membership Package Details

Their Growth price chart is wrong & only made to attract more clients. It doesn't offer unlimited SKU's. We can't add our business partner selling channels whom we offer drop shipping - They say Amazon only allow to add one business Amazon account. Its only to push clients to subscribe more membership. However it's not Amazon policy as all other big Veeqo, linnworks, orderhive allow multiple Amazon and eBay of your own business and other business like drop shipping service. There should be clear and transparency in pricing and business policies to support potential clients.

Unfortunately you cannot integrate Amazon seller central accounts that you are not the owner of, due to data protection policies. As long as you are the owner you can integrate multiple Amazon accounts. Selro supports up to 50 channels in the growth package, additional channels can then be purchased.

Moved to Selro after linnworks crazy…

Moved to Selro after linnworks crazy price increase and I am very impressed. The support is much better than linnworks and fast. Also has more benefits than linnworks for us without wanting to rip us off

After trialling many other platforms I…

After trialling many other platforms I was lucky to find Selro. Sign up was easy and so was all the other aspects of setting up and integration.
Had need to use support and they were so responsive in particular Mary-Kate.
I have now moved from my existing platform and making the use of Selro and all the facilities available.

Very unique system for a fantastic price

So far, I am very happy with Selro and using it for order management and stock synchronization for over one year now. Would be nice if there was a refund/return module. The system is easy to use and not too expensive like others in the market. The support staff is very friendly and response can take a little bit longer occasionally.

So far happy with the multi-channel functionality. I am only using automatic stock synchronization and bulk update stock levels and prices.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS CON COMPANY

terrible service and support, constant issues that don't get resolved, waste of time and money and cost us extra due to stock levels not being updated correctly, which is the main purpose of this company, resulting in us over selling items.

We are sorry that you feel this way. We have informed you previously that due to the woocommerce API issue (maybe due to a conflict with a plugin installed), the sync is not working as it should be. Due to this previously we have already given a full refund for 5 months of subscriptions but again, asking a refund for the subscription payments since then (June 2020 to Nov 2021) up to now is not nice. Unlike other e-commerce platforms, woocommerce has many different versions, and we are limited with the API capability provided. Once again, we are sorry that you have felt this way about our service and we wish all the best

An honest review here is find something else to manage your products. The system itself seems to work however the filters do need sorted out it seems you cannot filter items that great well in my case anyway.
The main issues are the customer service you ask a question and it takes days for the reply to come back and for a busy person this is unacceptable, i feel as if i have wasted months on this system to switch and try something else.

i see that i received a response from Selro just to reply to this, i am not the only person that has issues with the customer service if it was my business i would improve things rather than comment back when i have left an accurate description advising people about the service i have received

We are very sad that you have to write our service this way. We have provided several one to one training sessions to get onboard with Selro platform. I understand that you have a busy schedule and whilst we try to respond to tickets within 24 hours and it can take 1-2 days depending on the ticket priority. You can always book a 30mins training session ( and we don't restrict number of sessions that you can have and we also don't charge for that) if you get stuck or learn how to do things.

Great Multi Channel Software for Small & Medium Size Businesses

We have been using Selro, for the last 4-5 months and has been working like a charm to connect/integrate with your online marketplaces and stores.
Its easy to link your SKU's, Carriers, Account Software, and other pieces to the puzzle of your business.
We did have some teething issues but it was dealt with promptly and Mary, who is an absolute star that makes it all work within 24-48 hours. Once the support ticket has been created.

Customer support non existent

Customer support non existent, everytime if u contact them for an issue, they will give a standard reply the case is forwarded to technical department, and you dont hear back from them after that, i opened 3 cases and waited for 1 month plus still nothing, cancelling my subscription

Update:
The problem with tracking number upload is still not solved, despite the claim that they have solved the problem. Lodged another support ticket with them on this, as usual, no reply from selro customer service for 1 month

Zero'd my listings, bad customer service

I so wanted Selro to work, I set it up downloaded the listings and spent four days working on configuring it, when I realised it was Zero'ing my listings one by one.

I contacted Selro and was told it was due to an FBA issue on quantities, despite half the listings never having been FBA enabled ?

Anyway it was cleared and I was told it was ok. Only for it to Zero off listings again.

It then started to add listings that were out of stock which promptly sold.
Awful customer service and support, I am sure if they sorted the product issues out it would be great, but customer service wise ? poor

Ok furthermore to selros response

The rep states, we turned that feature off whilst we investigated it

Well following turning it off, the system then went on to relist previously sold out items and zero another 80 plus items

When my wife rang to speak to someone we were promised a call back
Instead we got an email saying everything was fine on selros side
I still have the email as proof if you would like me to share it ?

Hi Mark, Thank you for getting back to us. With regards to the stock update issue that you have faced, we think it is related to the FBA stock sync setting. As the stock sync setting is switched on , it started synching FBA stock levels to other channels which has the same FBA sku. However as you have mentioned not all your FBM skus were in FBA but for the FBA stock report we get via API, there were FBA skus with zero stock. As the FBA stock synch was on for multi-channels, those items got zeroed out. When we identified this, we turn that off on your account while investigating the issue. However you wanted to cancel the trial after 4 days and want to move on. Which is understandable and wish you could given us some more time to investigate the issue/setting on your account.

For the zero stock listing as in-stock, I can only relate this to incorrect stock levels in Selro inventory after the initial product download. As you have started the trial and download the catalogue, Selro uses the stock levels from the initial download as the initial inventory stock. You may have turn on the stock synchronisation, without uploading the initial stock file.

With regards to the customer service comment Mark, I have to disagree and as all of us specially Mary and Saph supported you and Joanne throughout your 4 day period with us.

We still would like to help you to grow your e-commerce business with all the multi-channel tools that Selro provides. Please let us know.

This team is great

This team is great. They assist us very quickly. They have the best interface I have tried (I have tried at least 5 similar services). It's reliable and fast.

I predict a bright future for them.

If they were on the stock market, I would invest in this business for sure.

Reliable and fulfills my needs with fast support

I have been using Selro now for over 6 years, I was one of the first customers. The system helps me update inventory between various Ebay and Amazon stores. The functionality is exaclty what I need and the support is very fast and personalized.
I have never regretted using Selro for my business activities.
The pricing structure is also much lower than other companies offering similar solutions.
