I would like to say we found the right tool to manage our online business. We only sell on eBay and amazon and with our web store and Selro provide all the features for 1/5 of a price of our previous company. Liked the user interface and very easy to use. One suggestion would be to include more reports and specifically around stock movements. Kloe was very helpful and enabled us to on-board very quickly.
Interface is nice but this is a beta tool Its not ready to go live and is extremely buggy.
E-Mail support is slow to respond, phone support is not very technical and communication between the 2 is non-existent.
Its buggy and fails in relisting ebay products automatically, and worse still doesn't even tell you that its failed in doing so. the whole listing procedure is a mess.
Help pages are useless and contain minimal information.
By 2 weeks I had a huge list of issues that i emailed support, and a week later no response.
I only give it 2 stars because it is simple to setup and as a beta tool i can see some potential, but i wouldn't risk your business on it.
Been using Selro for a little over 2 months now. Can take a while to get set up as you like, as with any system, but it's well worth the work. The support from Kem and Kloe has been amazing - always at the end of the phone and feature suggestions or issues are always implemented/rectified immediately. The software is packed with features, despite still being relatively in it's infancy, so no doubt has lots more to come. Having come from Brightpearl which is a far more expensive (and in my opinion inferior) system the improvement it's had on the business has been great - less legwork, simplified processes and not having to wait 3 months for the next release date to get a problem fixed! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering this for their multi-channel business.
Problem after problem. system works fine with eBay but seems unable to work with Amazon. Every time I check I seem to have to contact them with an issue. This software is taking me three times longer than if I was not to bother. I am now in the process of finding an alternative package. Quality issues on Amazon, category mapping does not work correctly. Since using this my sales have dropped by amount 700%.

I am being using Selro form the last 8 months. This software helps me a lot in many access like Inventory SYN, FBA fulfillment and Order Management and coming to the Support team these guys are really brilliant they helped me in many aspects. I strongly recommenced Selro for a Multi channels Sellers
