Spoke to Jakub and he was amazing!

Royalmail lost my parcel despite them delivering to the same address previously and it is sent to the only office with the name of my company in the SE16 area. However when I phoned Jakub was lovely and helped me with getting a replacement order out almost immediately. One of the best customer service I’ve come across. Also the products are high quality and been using them since 2017 when I started getting my nails done in Spain so I’m super glad they also operate in the UK!

As a nail technician and educator of over 20 years , the service from semilac/beauty group is first class.

Great products and great service - no issues. Lots of sales so it’s addictive buying new colours! Builder gels are best I’ve found - last longer than TGB in my experience.

I placed my order on Wednesday at 10 and paid extra £6 for next working day (on orders before 2pm). It’s Friday morning and DPD still hasn’t received my package yet!! I really need it so now I have to spend another £150 to buy it locally, because I don’t know when it will be shipped! It was my first shopping here and definitely the last… order T64640

Edit: after very fast reaction from customer service item has been delivered on a time, so saved my a lot of money. They even refunded me for my shipping cost, which was nice. Luckily item arrived on time so I can change my review for a 5stars. Maybe I will give them another chance

Very fast delivery, saying 3-5 days but always deliver next day or maximum in 2 days, very good quality!!! My gel keeps good even for 6 weeks and such beatiful colours, I also love all free tips and courses they offer on their website!

Very good quality and very nice colours. Stay on your nails for more than 14 days but you can’t leave them longer just because you want to try another colour!

Purchased a lamp and some gel polishes in the sale. Excellent value for money. Lamp is very good, cures nails quickly. Gel polish lovely colour and nice consistency. Free delivery over £40 which I thought was very reasonable. Items were shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. Would recommend.

Love this brand. Was recommended to use it by a Polish friend. I have tried several other brands previously and nothing compares. My gels always look professional and last weeks. It has taken several attempts to find my favourite base builder as I am menopausal and have very week nails! My favourite thing is that you can use 100% of the bottle and it doesn't go thick......Well worth the money....gradually building a nice home collection of colours!

Found Semilac through Google and am blown away with the quality of their products! I ordered a new UV lamp and love it! Especially the motion sensor. Delivery times are great as well. I received Semilac efile as a gift for Christmas and was so impressed with the how quiet and stable the bit felt in the drill! Highly recommend! Have yet to try the gel polish!
