Starter set
I ordered a starter set for my granddaughter. It stated if you prefer to choose your own colour select custom colour and email colour. Initially I tried phoning to place my order only to find, for 2 days the phone was not accepting calls.By this time I had missed the reduced price of £47.92. When I placed the order with the accompanying email I was told that I could only have one colour choice not all 3. I do hope that my granddaughter is not disappointed.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service just keep telling me it’s the best brand in Poland even though it continually peels off my nails
Sylwia is rude and hell bent on not resolving the issue and saying things like ‘I m not sure how I can help you other then advices given, you can return the items if you want.’
Not once have I been asked about batch code etc.
Started off being helpful by asking how I prep the nail and things to consider however as I had done all their suggestions they now ignore me for days on end and are then unhelpful and rude when they do reply

You sent me a broken item
You sent me a broken item. 13 days ago I sent you back. You say it hasn't been delivered to you and there is no refund for a broken item and the courier company said it did. It's a larger amount of money, so I'm very disappointed. After many years with Semilac, I say goodbye to you and I do not recommend it.

Superior qiality and well made brushes/bottles. Fast delivery. Not comparable to made in China nail vanishes and curing lamp.
