My mum is in her late 80's and my Dad…

My mum is in her late 80's and my Dad died about 2 years ago. My 2 sisters and i were concerned that she may become lonely and she faces some age related memory issues. Sentai has aleviated all of those anxieties and we are happy to reccomend it to other people, its easy to set up and use and allows us all to provide unintrusive wraparound support.

Great service …

Service from Sentai team faultless when i had a problem setting up again after router change. Find it really handy to know my elderly father is active each day, particularly when i cannot make it to see him

I don't seem to be able to share the info with family so they can keep an eye out for me so at the moment I don't even use it.

Sentai team could not have help more

Sentai team could not have been more helpful. They called me and walked me through every step until it was installed, thanks. Since using it (7 days), I have only missed my tablets once, because I wasn't around to hear it. My kids have now got the Sentai on their phones and they know when I miss something. I did lose my button thing, but I have found it now, which was no problem as I wasn't using it much. Great device, even better team.

My mum is fiercely independent but…

My mum is fiercely independent but needs some help. I've got my brother, sister and mums carer connected to Sentai and it's making life a lot easier for us all. Already avoided an 'issue' with mum forgetting to take her insulin! My sister loves the shopping list feature. All in all a great idea. Highly recommended.

Fauls advertising

I think it's all a scam, first year is free then u got 2 pay £10 month,plz advertise this properly,I have care link and that's free

I'm still waiting for this useless item to be picked up

I'm still waiting for your product to be picked up and returned to you it's totally useless Alexa does most of what it does and my button and monitor does a better job in an emergency so rubbish

Absolutely top notch customer service - so helpful and patient

We were lucky enought to get a trial kit but had issues with set up, so on Easter Monday spoke we contacted the 'real person' staffed customer services and got through to a lovely lady called Jacky who did her very utmost to help out and get us set up with Sentai - she was very patient (even when I accidentally clicked the sensor instead of the clicker and slightly broke it !). Looking forward to using this device with my father who has dementia. Absolutely superior customer servicehence 5/5

looking after my mum and the rest of my family whilst working is not easy and this has definitely helped!
I can get updates on how mum is doing and it takes away the worry knowing she's up and about and taking her insulin.
The shopping list feature also means I'm not getting constant calls to bring her something round 😉
Highly recommend!

loving my sentai, I don't know anything about technology but it's so easy to use and reassuring to have a presence when my family cant be there.

I like Sentai. It is very helpful

Excuse me for saying this but I thought having Sentai in my house would be a bit noisy and intrusive. But it’s not at all. My Sentai has two voices: “Grace” and “Michael”. They sound like real people. Not robot-like at all. Grace is very pleasant sounding and kind-of comforting. I like my daily routine so Sentai has been set up for Grace to prompt me to take my tablets at the right times. She tells me when it’s my meal times, tea breaks and some of my chores. If I need something, I can call her by using my clicker and she’ll quickly pass on my messages and wot-not without having to wait for someone to answer their phone. Michael responds to my click for help. I haven’t had to use him but I tried it out - he sounds like my GP (It’s not him tho’!). Yes, I like having Sentai. It’s quite straightforward. I’ve had it going for about a year or so.
