I feel like the value of this box is amazing. Full size, curated products that aren’t readily available to me otherwise for a very reasonable price is amazing. I have a subscription for every other month which I feel gives me enough time to try the products and find what works best for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

Love this box. For me, worth the price as buying cheaper options sometimes results is counterfeit product. I have not received anything that I didn't like, and like most other users have never experienced any issues at all with the service. Please do not expect Amazon-like shipping, but the good news, you also don't have to expect Amazon fraud items. An absolute hidden gem of a subscription, this is not a scam service - those one stars are being super dramatic.

Tried this subscription on a whim, hoping to find products that would agree with my 40 yr. old sensitive papulopustular rosacea prone skin…. And now 4 months and two SBC boxes later, I have the best skin I’ve had in over a decade!!

They provide full size recommended products- and I always feel as though I get my money’s worth and then some!These products have been gentle yet effective and I have been happy to discover some new favorite staples for my routine.

I like being able to customize my recommendations based on what I need or want to try.

Interesting product selections curated to your skin type. You get great value for your money when you look up how much each product would cost alone if purchased elsewhere. One of my favorite subscription boxes!

Love SBC subscription Beauty Box. The products are authentic. Full size, great value based on subscription price. The customer service is fantastic. So many ways to contact them. I get my box every month, loving trying korean makeup and skin care. Love the vision of the company of helping with mature skin. It feels like Christmas every month to me. When my box arrives.
Shipping times can be slow at times because of the amount of new subscribers. But I dont care. Great things will arrive and im totaly okay with that.

I signed up in August last year and get boxes every other month. Aside from some delays around the time they were moving their warehouse, which is completely understandable, my experience has been wonderful. The products are fantastic as well as being a good value. Being able to fill out the survey and have products tailored to my wants and needs has probably saved me a lot of money in wasted product by taking the guesswork out of trying to find products that work for me by trial and error. There has literally not been a single product I received that I didn't like or that reacted poorly with my sensitive skin. I have found customer service to be very responsive when I have had any questions or concerns. I just renewed my plan this month and plan to continue to do so in the future.

This is a new company that’s growing so fast. I didn’t realize just how new it was when I signed up. It’s got the most amazing products straight from Korea and sometimes customer service takes a little while to get back to you, but they do get back to you. I LOVE the products I’ve received so far and I love the concept! I do the bimonthly box because I already have a lot of products lol but I’ve really enjoyed everything I got in my box.

I have been a subscriber for several months now. My beauty boxes have always been exactly what I've ordered and have amazing products! The customer service is excellent and they are very involved in their social media group. Great company!!

Great customer service and great way to get to know new products it’s worth paying to get to test new Korean products so you basically pay $10-15 per product which is worth it because most of those products are $20 or higher

This is the best subscription I have. I pay quarterly so it's a little cheaper and I get extra stuff. I am coming up on my 6 month box! Yes, shipping does take a little longer but well worth the wait. My skin has never felt this amazing! I am a customer for life! I look forward to picking my products each and every month. Trying new products that I would never get to try without this Beauty Box! Thank you for all you do for your customers!

I’ve been getting my “beauty box” (that’s what I like to call it) since August last year, and I have only amazing things to say about their products! Everything I chose so far it helped my skin tremendously. I always had dry skin, and after using a daily routine with products from SBC i noticed the difference, and that makes me happy!! My experience with their customer service was a pleasant one, they are always answering my questions and offering helpful tips. If you want to give this company a try, I suggest you get a first box and see if it’s a good fit for you!

Awesome full size products that you get to choose! And the quality of the products is fantastic! I've subscribed to so many boxes over the years and after my first couple of boxes, I'm feeling like this one is the best by far for both product quality and overall value.

I've had this subscription for awhile and I love it! Sure, shipping did get a little delayed after the holidays but honestly, I had (and have!) so much great product to keep using in the interim. I've always had friendly and fast responses when I've needed to email. The variety of selection is great too, from skincare, hair care and make up. For what it's worth, I'm Korean in the US and it's really nice to be able to get skincare between trips without having to pay additional FedEx fees on top of the base rates.

I have a bi monthly subscription. Every product I have received has been high quality, high value and packaged beautifully. There has been some teething problems whilst they have expanded but it really has been worth sticking with them for the fantastic products. Customer service is great, highly recommend!

My favorite subscrption. The products I've received have been great. The customer service I received was fantastic. I had issue a with my choices going through and they got that fixed but missed add ons I picked . I never was billed for the add one but sent them to me free as an apology. While shipping was off whole they moved I got all my boxes and all my choices

Signed up in November and so far am loving it. The products are as described, my skin is definitely looking more hydrated and brighter, and the value is better than other skincare subscriptions I have used. Yes, as some reviews note, in December and January, there were some shipping delays and website glitches which were frustrating. These appeared to be due to moving their warehouse to the US and due to a massive increase in subscribers during the holiday season. I found the company was quite responsive and feel they have done a fantastic job in correcting any errors and compensating customers (I received an extra product in my Feb box).

Great products and value.

This has been the BEST way to try Korean skincare that isn’t just being overhyped in and tailored specifically to the U.S. market. Even though there have been some hiccups along the way, as is pretty typical with any new company, their customer service is top tier and I’ve always gotten an answer to my question and a solution to any issue that’s come up. The products have been great quality, too!

I can see a few bad reviews about out of stock items. I too had those problems, however this month I recieved not only my Feb box with all the items but I also recieved my Dec and Jan boxes with a surprise box. The customer service has been fantastic and the personal touch of the founder Leo Parks emailing with updates and alternative choices was more than any other company would do. So if your looking for Korean skin care and don't know what to buy SBC is the place to go. The products are full size and premium skin care. I have very sensitive skin and I have not had any problems with anything. I am 50 and I was told recently I would pass for late 30s to early 40s. I get asked all the time what skin care I use because my skin is so good and its all thanks to SBC. They have social media content to show you how to use the products. Honestly this company covers everything. If your curious about korean skin care this is 💯 the company to go with. The delivery time (8 days to Northern Ireland) is worth the wait

I don’t usually post reviews, but seoul beauty club deserves one 💕 I’ve been getting their curated K-beauty boxes for 5 months now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions for my skin. Every month, the box is curated to my skin concerns, and the products are those which people in korea are using not the one you see on social media.
Tbh I’m low-key addicted 😅 and get so excited whenever a new month’s box arrives! And yes I even share some with my mom, she loves them too.
