Nails do not cure, stay soft, even tried a professional uv lamp. What a waste of money.

Ordered 12/6/24 and got an email that they were at the courier 12/11 and another email that they reached the US on 12/18 and another email they are at your local City to go out for delivery on 12/23. Today is 12/29 and after 2 emails to customer service with no reply I received an email that they are out of stock in the wine color and please pick a different shade. How can that be if they are already in my town? DISHONEST …RUN THE OTHER WAY.

Waited ages to receive these and what a disappointment..Shocking the worst I have ever tried. Did not go hard as shown on video & all chipped within a day. Don't waste your money on this.

They break really easily. I didn't even get a day out of them. Poor quality 😔

The Serafene Gel nails were fairly easy to put on. They looked great for 2 weeks, then started splitting and small pieces were breaking off. I had to replace 4 nails at that point. By 3 weeks the rest of the nails were splitting and breaking off. This time I will replace them all. I would definitely recommend them as a nail protector since they seem to have done that job well. My nails were peeling and chipping easily and the gel nails have really helped. They did harden and the colors I got were very nice.

Same hardness as my own and my nails are super hard. They cured really fast. Quick delivery. Was skeptical to be honest when placing order but have been extremely pleased. These are my go-to gels from now own. I can't tell if they're my own or Serafene! I can grow fairly long nails but mine crack during winter months. Looking forward to the extra protection with Serafene. Thank you! Brilliant product, great looking nails.

The nails do not stick or harden as shown on your video. The packages come with only numbers on them so no way to tell what color they are. The inside packaging doesn't help either as it is completely see proof. So again can't tell what color you have unless you open the inner package. Way too expensive for this product.

If I could give these zero stars I would. These sticky stickers roll up into little sticky wads as you try to put them on. Do not waste your money like I did!

Does not work. Great customer service and follow up on the order. But the product needs further development. Not hard enough.

I’ve used this product and I really can’t believe how good they are. Mine lasted a long time after digging in the sand with my grandson, swimming for hours, cleaning house,… a Pretty regular manicure would’ve chipped on the first day, but these are still going strong a week and a half later I think they’re wonderful. They do take a while to cure, but it’s worth it. Also, they don’t fall off easily yet, they are very easy to remove and don’t damage your nails. I’m very impressed with this product.

Really poor - my name & house name wasn't shown on order so I emailed them immediately asking them to correct & confirm to me that they'd done so, which they did immediately. Starter kit arrived miraculously due to no amendment, no instructions & white tips are three-quarters of the wrap. Doubt I'll even bother trying judging from these reviews. Utter crap.

Followed instructions really carefully. The nails were really tricky to apply neatly but I persevered. However the nails lifted the next day and all popped off within 5 hours of application. Real waste of money!

I wish I had read these reviews before buying the product. WORST PRODUCT. Didn’t harden and didn’t stick at all.

I bought x3 colours and the uv lamp. I followed the instructions carefully. The sizing was not great especially for white tip. Half my nail was white tip! I put one set on in the evening and by the time I woke up, they had all come off.
So much for 3 weeks use per pack. I really shouldn’t fall for social media advertising as I’m always left out of pocket and disappointed.

Absolute crap. Don’t stick to nail, curl up after I’ve light. Waste of $65.00. No response to my emails. Did not receive the magic nail remover. Very unhappy

I have used the strips I ordered, and unfortunately, the online reviews were accurate. I think the initial problem is that they are not sticky enough. They don't stick down onto the natural nail, so when they are cured under the light, the edges curl up. They didn't even stay on for two days.
Thank you for hearing this. The product has so much potential, but I won't be ordering again.
