I have been sending emails to their email for instructions on how to return and still no reply. There is no phone number listed on their website. I purchased this on 6/15 and the clock is ticking for a return/refund even though they claim a 90 day guarantee. How do I get the phone number to call?

Terrible quality, don’t harden and don’t stick to your nails. Wafer thin, many other good brands doing the same product well. These are a rip off and knock off version which don’t work as advertised.

I had to open a dispute of the charge to hear back from them. They then agreed to refund me and close the dispute. Once I closed the dispute, they said they couldn't refund me because it was still pending.

This is a joke of a company!

Despite following the directions albeit they were poor for example, no instructions on how long you had to cure them for the nails fell off almost immediately or the next day. Would not recommend this product as are a complete waste of money.

Rubbish! Just simply do not work. Don't cure hard. They go a dirty colour and they pop off after a couple of hours. Do not buy !

Wish I had read reviews before I bought these, total waste of money, bought the 3 sets and all went in bin , would not stick or harden, Do not waste your money on this make as no good , have bought ones off another company and they lasted 3 weeks

Dont buy anything from this brand . Thry are all fake and don't work. Stay clear .

I was so excited about this product but once I got it....the instructions were lacking. How long do I cure them for? Never found an answer on their site or the internet in general.

Curing all nails at one time under that little light was a problem which led to sitting there longer.

The charger is teeny and short...when I first got it I thought " no worries, I will charge it and then use it." Nope, it must be plugged in while using so I had to scooch near an outlet -- may be a 5 or 6 inch charger.

Finally got all my nails on, cut, filed, hardened, started dinner 40 min later and 2 nails fell off.

Did not see the following on the site but it was on the packaging - works best with a Serafene top and bottom coat.

Terrible product! AVOID

The product arrived late. The colour that I received doesn't match the colour I purchased, and the nails don't harden at all. Also, the nail fell off 2 minutes after applying.

I wish I had looked at this before I spent £50. Avoid at all costs. They have agreed to refund but now but returning emails and no money yet. Totally waste money as they peel off in a couple of hours.

The delivery was late! The nails did not harden! The nails came off within 12 hrs! The company did not make a full refund! Total waste of time and money! There are much better options out there.

Total waste of money they don't stick as soon as you start filling they come off I'm fuming they weren't exactly cheap any ideas how to get money back

My product didn’t arrive over a month I requested refund but still not received, even that it’s gone 5-7 days. I wish I’ve read the reviews before ordering

Fell for this! Only harden on actual nails, however although I prepped nails properly the first nail came off after 2 hours picking up a drink and the rest had gone a few hours later

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Product took 18 days to arrive despite “arrives in 6-8 days” claim on site. Return address was Irvine CA despite tracking showing it shipped from China. Colors received were not what I ordered. Product did not cure & harden under the UV light as advertised. All nails fell off within 30 mins despite prepping my nails per the instructions. Customer service has not responded to my messages. Save money & dont buy this product. I wish I had looked at the Trustpilot reviews prior to purchasing.

Pealed off within 1 hour. Absolute waste of money, do not purchase from this company it's a scam.

I wouldn’t even give this a one star if I could put in a big fat zero! The nails don’t go on well because they were created on a flat surface which won’t work when you put them on a curved surface. Judging from the other reviews, I doubt I’ll even try to get my money back, but will yell far and wide what a scam this is. I, too, wish I had read the reviews before buying. Lesson learned! WS

A waste of money and time! I followed the instructions, but the nail stickers still fell off within an hour after application. Additionally, the delivery time was very long. Truly a bad product!

This is a TERRIBLE product. Delivery took 28 days when it said 6-8 days. Packaging does not tell you the colour and you need to open pack to figure out. Followed instructions exactly and they popped/peeled off within one hour. I've been emailing the hello email address to request a return and have got NO reply. DONT WASE YOUR MONEY AND DONT FALL FOR THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR SOCIALS!
