Worst product I have ever brought. Very cheap, does not harden under light, not the right shape for nails, took 3 weeks to deliver. Total waste of money I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money. Please do not be fooled like I was

The worst company I have every dealt with. The products have arrived LATE and DAMAGED. I have emailed them so many times but have no reply. WASTE OF MONEY - DO NOT BOTHER

How do I start.. they come off instantly, you cant put on jean, or even scratch your arm without one of this come off. In the lamp they never get hard completally. When you stick it, and it get "hard", thay take a weird shape that makes that at least a part of the nail dont stick. A complete desapointment, and there things are expensive. I will come back to the salón.

Would give zero if possible, terrible. Trust the reviews these are a rip off, literally do not go hard. Save your money ladies

I was hoping so much to love these, unfortunately completely not what was advertised. As everyone else has said, they don’t stick, they barely harden, the colours are not as advertised and the website with the thousands of 5 star reviews has to be a scam as there is really no way such a poor quality product could be rated that highly. I hope everyone sees trust pilot before they purchase. There is no opportunity to leave an honest review on their website either so I would say all on there are fake.

Please don’t bother buying any of their products. Bought 3 sets of different coloured stick on nails. The application was non existent and they wouldn’t harden. Absolute waste of time and money

Hopeless prepped and cleaned my finger nails and 2 fell off within a couple of hours.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Refused the money back guarantee these nails do not harden they are flimsy and just peel straight off. Hand was under the UV light for over 30 minutes and did nothing. Horrified at this business how are they still even running. NOONE BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Really wishing a zero star was possible here. First of all, nails don’t harden. Second of all, they don’t adhere to their “90 day money back guarantee” so it’s all a scam! The customer service is actually appalling too. Don’t waste your time.

Very bad quality…these do not harden under a uv lamp as advertised and fall off within a couple of hours. Delivery takes up to 15 days as well and Customer service do not respond to emails.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying this product.

The package took ages to arrive, the alleged UV lamp is just a bit of cheap plastic with lights in, not UV at all. The gel wraps were thin and obviously cheap, didn’t harden and peeled off after a couple of minutes.

It’s a scam, pure and simple. Don’t waste your energy.

I didn't even want to give 1 star . Following on after 3 weeks the delivery came. Some of the goods were missing and I received some I had not ordered. I decided to test the gel wraps. They were rubbish and didn't harden. By the time I had got the second hand put on the 1st hand ones were coming off. Total rubbish for what I paid good money for. I would recommend to not buy anything.

These arrived from China in packaging that didn't tell you what colour was inside, the UV lamp was useless as it didn't even stay on, I had to buy one from Amazon.
The nails didn't harden like it shows on the website even though I spent 15 minutes with my hand under the new UV lamp, because of this they were awkward to file.

The nails would not stick, even though I fully prepped my nails. Within 1 hour 3 had fallen off, the next morning 2 more were off and the rest were cracked and chipped. Within 24 hours every single nail wrap had fallen off.

I ordered 3 different colours, but the clear were the ones I opened, unfortunately, after using the UV lamp they had a yellow tinge which was nasty. I haven't tried or opened the other 2 as I don't think there's much point.

Total waste of money!!

Unfortunately never received my order or a refund. Customer services is shocking. Despite several e-mail requesting information as tracking number did not work, no response received and several requests made requesting a full refund, still no response or refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a kit April 5th.

Still no tracking. Says they don’t recognize the mail carrier…well they mailed it!!!

Total rip off as usual from such companies, take your money and give no product and hide away.

Time to boycott them all.

Great concept but …….this product is not worth your time or money. Save your money! I ordered the kit with the light and 3 sets of nails. The 3 sets are marked with a number, the boxes are not marked in color, and the nails are in black packaging so you just have to be surprised on the color you pick. They do not stick or get very hard, even leaving your hand under the light for 10-15 minutes. They immediately fall off. The light is so cheap and small, taking it out of the box the plastic leg fell off, easy to put back on but so cheap with the smallest power cord, you have to be right next to an electric outlet. I read the return policy and seems like a pain, not even worth my time to try. Save your money!
