I had searched online for clinics in Turkey to have my hair done. A female friend of mine had used Serene Cosmetics for surgery and this place was recommended to me. I spoke with Lois who was very friendly and it was helpful having some English to book and arrange everything through. Everything was arranged for me other than booking my flight and I was met at the airport by the driver on the other who was was very welcoming.
The following day I attended my surgery once at the hospital I sat around a while before anyone spoke with me and went through any forms to be filled out.
After this I was taken to me the Doctor and he explained the process and what I would expect. I had a translator present who was very nice and talked me through what was happening at each stage.
At present I am happy with the transplant that was done, although this will take about 9-12 month to see the full benefits and see what the out come is really like.
The staff at the villa were very helpful, if you wanted anything to eat they were more than happy to make something for you. The rooms were pretty basic although I did like the dining room where you could sit and meet other people who had also been for surgery and discuss there journey with them. For the 3 days I spent there, overall I was happy with the service and would recommend it to others.

The experience with Serene Cosmetic was absolutely great, I only had to book the flight, they organised everything. My husband was able to join me , which was great, got picked up from the airport and dropped off at the hotel, that was great, the staff were amazing. We got food made by staff, couldn’t fault anything. Everything was absolutely fantastic.

i can not fault serene costmetics at all! My experience from start to finish with them & also comfort zone dental was AMAZING! everyone is always in two minds when it comes to any medical procedures abroad, but i am so happy with my new teeth & so glad that i picked this company! i never felt any type of pain from start to finish! I will be recommending them to everyone from now on!! Thanks again to everyone involved you are all truly amazing! im sure i will be back with my partner in the near future! 🥰

I booked with serene cosmetics as it was my first surgery I wanted an English speaking point of contact. I had a phone call consultation with Megan and she put my mind at ease. Megan managed everything for me and kept in contact the whole time. The only thing I had to do was book flights.

From the moment I arrived in Turkey, the driver was there to meet me and take me to the villa. The staff at the villa were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.
Food was made 3 times a day and they could bring it to your room if you weren’t feeling up to going into the lounge. They also made fresh fruit snacks through the day and there was always fresh water around the villa. Food was quite healthy so I suggest taking snacks.
The hospital was the cleanest hospital Ihave ever been in. The staff were fantastic there.
The surgeon I had was Dr.Atif, he was lovely and very re assuring.
There are drivers in the villa, who will take you wherever you want to go.
The nurses at the villa were fab, always on hand and would even come and check your blood pressure etc at midnight.
Overall it was a brilliant experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

I booked my surgery through Serene, it was effortless all I had to sort was my flights and they made sure everything else was in place. I was picked up at the airport by their driver who was lovely and very helpful. My room at the villa was spotless and the villa had everything I needed. I was able to bring my partner with me for my surgery which was such a relief. My surgeon was brilliant, he did an amazing job I am very happy with my results. The nurses in the villa were very accommodating making sure I had everything I needed, helped with my dressings and also helped order in food for my partner and I.
I would definitely recommend Serene to anyone.

Serene cosmetics are the best so helpful and pleasant, I had the best experience with them and couldn’t thank them enough for the smile they have given me with my teeth, couldn’t recommend them a enough for everything they done.

Speaking to an English point of access knowing you’re fully understood made me feel more relaxed about the whole process. Lois was so helpful, anything i wanted to know she gave me the answer or got back to me with it. Sent me a message to see how I was getting on a few days after surgery which I thought was really kind. Since being back home she has been easy to reach & answered. I told her I had a massage booked here she even contacted my masseuse to check she was professional. Just above and beyond what is needed. Thank you 😊

Amazing from being picked up from the airport to arriving at the villa ! The villa was clean and the staff were so welcoming ! I was so nervous for surgery but I couldn’t have been looked after better ! I thank Lois from serene for arranging everything For me and being so lovely and keeping in contact ! I highly recommend!

5 star service from start to finish. Lois is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
Answered all my questions pre op (rhinoplasty) Ensured myself and my mum were well looked after by the team over in Turkey. The recovery villa and its staff were amazing! On return to the UK I didn’t need much assistance as everything was mapped out before leaving, but if I needed anything, I knew Lois and her team would be straight on it. I received a call from Lois a couple of days ago to check in and see how everything went and go through post op pics.
I would highly recommend all my friends or family to book through Serene for all cosmetic surgery needs. Considering teeth next!!

The people in this business are extremely caring and know what they are doing, and there is no doubt that it will be a very good experience.

I can not fault serene (comfort zone) from start to finish.
After being in contact with Lois and speaking to her in depth with what I wanted and dates ect (I had already booked with another clinic but decided to change to comfort zone) I decided to get booked in.

Everything was taken care of, driver messaged me the morning of my flight to say where I had to meet him ect and he was there ready and waiting, car had wifi and water. Was greeted at the vilia and the staff wore waiting and showed to room got wifi up and running only my phone and iPad and then was offered dinner before doing payment and paperwork.

Vilia was spotless and was constantly being cleaned by the staff, nothing was never to much of an issue (yeah ok may be abit noisy but i didn’t sleep very well so didn’t make much difference) food was lovely everyday I was there :)

You get picked up at 5am of the day of your surgery and taken to the hospital which is only about 20mins away from the vilia, very quickly taken to your private room, bloods taken and gowned up ready for the surgeon to come in and see you around 8am my surgeon was dr Atif.
All the hospital staff wore amazing again as I had to stay in for 2 nights, nothing was ever to much of a problem and was there within mins of pressing the buzzer. The nurses literally couldn’t have done enough for me (I was there on my own) yeah ok the food was disgusting(hospital food that is not vilia food) but to be honest I didn’t have much appetite after surgery. I had uplift with implants and 360 lipo.

Was taken back to the vilia where the nurse got me settled back into my room. You can get your room cleaned apron request.
Once settled they had already arranged for me to go back to the hospital for another check up with my surgeon the following day.

The drivers are more than happy to take you to the shops or hairdressers ect they staff in the vilia will arrange that for you.

Overall i literally can not fault the whole experience and my results so far so good only 2 weeks post op.

Lois contacted me while I was there to make sure I was doing ok and had a call 2 weeks post op with advice on what to do next and how I was doing ect, honestly I don’t have anything negative to say.

I will be back I’m sure.

My experience with Serene Cosmetic was AMAZING from start to finish - I cannot fault them at all. I had the BBL surgery and Lois handled everything for me, consultations, speaking with surgeons, transfers, to accomodation and following up afterwards whilst at home during my recovery. She was always there whenever I needed her and my recovery has been a breeze.

The driver contacted me before my flight to confirm when I landed, the transfers were on time and had water and free WiFi in the car. The staff were there waiting as I got out the car and took me to my room to put my bags down and settle in and explain my journey beforehand to me.

My transfers to and from the hospital & airport were all included, as well as meals and the stay at the hospital for the day of surgery and also for the 4 nights in the recovery villa, as well as medication and aftercare. The staff & nurses are AMAZING and so attentive and super helpful. The villa is clean & comfortable and I enjoyed walking the grounds and by the pool in the sun to get my steps in to aid recovery.

Over all, I would 100% recommend Serene Cosmetic to anyone looking into cosmetic surgery as many of the girls at the villa agreed, there was nothing they could fault. My surgeon was great and he saw me several times after my surgery too. I am so impressed with my results - It’s made me so much more confident and it’s exactly what I asked for. I’m so happy especially as this was my first every surgery experience!

I will definitely be returning in the future to get breast surgery as I was beyond pleased with the experience as a whole, I can trust Serene. Thanks to Lois & Team Serene Cosmetic ❤️😊

I had my first consultation with Lois from Serene and she was great and explained everything in detail. When I arrived in Turkey it was very well organised, with transfers to and from airport and appointments. I undertook rhinoplasty and I can honestly say after two failed attempts in the UK I am so happy with my results. Communication with Lois from start to finish was great.

From consultation with Megan to surgery with dr atif! Everything went so smoothly can’t thank everyone enough.

These people are thieves and owe me 600 pounds refund on my deposit due to delays because of covid!!!! I have an email from Paul stating they would refund me then backtracks! Also received a threat if I would take this to social media what would happen. After care service is terrible!!!!! And use celebrities to manipulate you to using them!!!! They are terrible!!! Would not recommend them!!!!

I honestly could not recommend Serene Cosmetics enough. From my very first phone consultation until now (3weeks post rhinoplasty surgery) I couldn’t be happier with the support, communication and result. Both Ella and Lois were beyond helpful, supportive and answered all my questions throughly while also putting me at ease. On arrival in Istanbul I met the lovely chauffeur and brought to the villa. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. The staff in the villa were so friendly and went above and beyond throughout my time there for both me and my sister who accompanied me. The hospital isn’t too far, it’s extremely clean and clinical. I met the surgeon who went through all aspect of the surgery and discussed my desired result. All staff in the hospital were so lovely and had a good level of English. The after care in the hospital, villa and check ins with Lois on my return to Ireland were second to none. I could not be more grateful for the entire team and my amazing results. I was so nervous about getting rhinoplasty but honestly had changed my life and my confidence is growing daily.

Dealing with your team from start to finish was very straight forward and simple , very stress free. Could not of been organised better. Can not rate more highly for the 5star experience.

So where to start!
I am not 6 months post op and couldn't be more happy with the results.

Serene cosmetics was recommended to me by a number of my close friends, upon some self research and several chats with Lois I was rest assured serene cosmetics was the company for me!

Lois at Serene Cosmetics organised everything from the transfers, the villa stay and booking my surgery, as someone who never had any pervious cosmetic surgeries Lois provided me with all the information I could possibly need. she regularly checked on me throughout my time in turkey pre and post op.

As you may not know SC works along side Comfortzone so upon your stay in turkey you will be staying in CZ's Villas and looked after by their nurses, I would like to say all the staff the villas were incredible!! nothing was ever too much for them, they monitored , Fed, Cleaned , helped with anything you need. The Villas were spotless , clean past the point of clean! SPARKELING!

The hospital staff and hospital staff itself was incredible , very clean , very modern and very professional, all of the staff / nurses/ cleaners at the hospital made me feel so welcome and safe.

they both understood what I wanted straight off the bat!

Everything from start to finish was perfect ! From the hotel the transport and my teeth I could not fault my teeth what so ever they’re absolutely perfect . The dentists where very nice and helpful and also thank you to Megan Richards who helped me plan the whole experience
