I’ve tried five or six different brands over the years. This is the first one I’m still using after more than a month. The others were collecting dust after two weeks.
Two months in, no technical issues. Charges quickly, holds its battery well. After all my disappointments with cheaper products, it’s a relief to have something that lasts.

I’ve tried five or six different brands over the years. This is the first one I’m still using after more than a month. The others were collecting dust after two weeks.

Ordered this, it arrived, charged for over 6 hours- with light lit (so I know power reached it). It will not switch on.
I contacted company the day after it arrived and have contacted 3 times in all.
They NEVER respond.
DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY.
I have paid £60 for a heap of junk

Thought I wasn’t going to receive item but it has arrived but it will not charge despite being on all day.. just lit up and flashing.. would like to report an update as company have responded.. I am awaiting further contact via email as have sent contact details via email to them

REFUND / NO CONTACT
I have requested and requested a returns form to return the item as it is not suitable, yet I am still to get any sort of reply. I've read the previous post relating to this and the company has come back and said they can't find any trace of an order etc, so I wonder if I am going to get the same response??? Will be interesting to see if anyone responds and if so, what with. All I want is to return the item and get my money back. Please respond someone my order number was #5505. Even though the refund policy states 5 easy steps, it's not proving that easy at the minute!!

Anything negative and they will not reply
Like some other people I too have emailed to their info@ address to no avail I explained I had changed my mind and want to return the item UNUSED but have had no reply Just plenty of advertising emails from same address They state they reply within 24 to 48 hours Well I first messaged on 19 Feb then again on 25 Feb with absolutely no acknowledgement and there is nothing from them in my spam folder
This is really bad customer service
I notice they just have a standard reply to the negative reviews Dont they care that they have far more negative than positive?
